Something is wrong with this location. I’ve been here twice during business hours, and both times I’ve driven off without food. The drive through was blocked by cinder blocks which I nearly hit the first time, and most recently I was told that they were closed when I got to the drive through.It seems like a customer service problem or staffing issue. My advice is to avoid this location. The Main Street location was ????.
Stopped by around 9:30pm through drive through. Was told they were temporarily closed for 15 minutes and that they couldn’t take our order. Now this is not the first time this happened. It’s happened before multiple times with different excuses each time. Then when we drive ahead we see an employee on her phone leaning on the front counter without a care in the world as she watched us drive away. Ordered online, waited in drive through for 5 minutes no one came to the speaker tried calling a few times, everything is on in the building got no answer. Watched 5 different people have the same issue. It’s 8:15PM. Doors to the building are locked as well. Looks like someone locked the doors and left. Horrible service. Do not recommend this Taco Bell.
