Absolutely horrible all around! We walked in and no one was there to take our order. We had to take our own order on a machine. I waited at the counter for an employee to ask a question and when she finally came out, she gave me an attitude and still didn't answer the freaking question. While waiting for our order, we gather napkins and sauces. The floors were so sticky everywhere and condiment area was filthy. Bugs were flying around. We decided to eat outdoors and when looking through the bag found the order was wrong. So disgusting and disappointed! Avoid this place.

This is best Taco Bell on earth!!! Food is fantastic and service is even better.
Very polite. Went through the drive through, they got my order right even though I asked for multiple special things. The food I can only give 4 stars because it is Taco Bell after all. But the service was great! It’s so incredibly hard to find fast food restaurants nowadays that have polite, kind and attentive workers. Plus getting the order right. Unfortunately mcd’s is about the worst, at all locations. I’ve found that Taco Bell continues to be one of the best. I’ve found with other places that if you do have an issue, they will do everything to make it better. Even if that means replacing your entire order. This just shows how infrequent they have issues. Someplace like Mcd’s, who has so many screw ups every hour of every day, usually only offer the minimal amount of replacement and recourse for orders that are teeribly wrong. And then they send things in the mail. Almost all Taco Bell’s operate on. Different level, and I’ve never been dissatisfied with their service, even when, on the rare occasion something gets messed up, they make up for it best that they can. Not just doing the bare minimum. Gotta love tacos!
