I am disappointed..I always told everyone since this location opened, it's the best taco bell in Green Bay. Today my son's cheese quesadilla was basically 2 tortillas with 5 strands of cheese between. Burnt, flat as paper, and gross! I paid over $4 for burnt flat paper! My burrito was also a hot mess, like beef and slop, but not as bad as my sons food...I never bring food back to the counter but if you'd make it right by sending a coupon for a quesadilla, that would help!
Two stars off:#1) None of the various Taco Party Packs were on menu, although available when inquired. Ordering was difficult because the young female staff rattled off the options too fast and didn't know the prices for anything.#2) Ordered a dozen tacos and asked for sauce because if you don't ask, they won't give. Same staff only put in 4 measley packs of sauce!

Very very busy and very very understaffed, workers were doing there best as the lobby was packed and drive thru news 8 cars deep. Order was correct and food was hot, even was offered comp drinks.
