Because we had numerous family members coming over two days during Thanksgiving, we purchased 5 pies: pumpkin, french silk, bourbon pecan, pomegranate cranberry, and lemon merengue. We added 2 full-sized quiches for breakfasts. Everybody was thrilled to choose their favorite pie or try something new: a total hit. The chocolate croissant was the best ever. Tried the bourbon pecan pie just because I've never had one. Not a fan of bourbon. You could tell all the ingredients were high quality though. Second place was the raspberry croissant. Can definitely see another chocolate croissant in my future.

Chef Liz helped make my parents' 70th anniversary extra special by making Croquembouche, which had been their wedding cake in Casablanca in 1953. She delivered the cake and some dessert bars on time and on a Sunday...much appreciated!
