I'm making this review because it has a lot of negative ones and I want to let you know that even though the outside could use some updating, the room we have is great! Spacious, has a kitchenette, nice TV, bathroom with tub and shower, etc .. Clean and beds are nicely made. Adding pictures.

It's okay. It's clean enough, ? and has the things you need. No musty smells or mold, but there was another persons hair in our shower that was overlooked. And to few toiletries. It'll do in a pinch.

Avoid this place at all costs!! I had a conversation with Dipak Patel on the phone about cancelling a reservation my elderly father made by mistake. He was the rudest customer service representative I've ever encountered. He actually raised his voice to me and admonished me for wasting his time. He said the owner of the motel did not have time to talk to any of the customers. What a horrible way to run a business.

Avoid this place at all costs!! My elderly father made a non-refundable reservation via hotels.com by mistake. He thought he was making the reservation directly. When I called to see if I could cancel the reservation due to the mistaken nature of the reservation (and the subsequent cancellation of the trip altogether), I was told in no uncertain terms it was non-refundable. Ok, fair. However, the individual who answered the phone, Dipak Patel, was the rudest customer service person I’ve ever encountered. He raised his voice to me, told me I was wasting his time and that the owner did not have time to talk to customers. Simply unacceptable.

The room itself was okay, however the customer service was poor at best. My card was charged twice for the one night stay and I attempted to resolve the over charge with the owner and was treated rudely and he was unwilling to rectify the over charge. I have contacted my bank and will need to wait for claims dispute department to refund my money, which can take up to 90 days.I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING A CARD. PAY CASH ONLY!

The rooms were clean but I thought the price was kind of high for the rooms. I paid this price for the same room at Wingate by Wyndham and they are pretty nice rooms

Stayed here one night for pleasure and some online business. I was purchasing an item, off FB Marketplace. The seller stopped at our room to drop item off and get paid. No sooner did the seller step into our room, the phone in the room started ringing. The owner threatened to kick us out because we paid for 2 guests staying no one else. You cannot have anyone stop by quickly and come in the room. The second FB Marketplace purchase we made, we met the persons in the parking lot in front of the office so that the owner saw that I was trying on tennis shoes and buying them. Was worried about leaving the room and have him yell at us in front of persons that brought my item I was purchasing. Just plain REDICULUSNES and IDIOCRACY of the owner. Room was decent, nothing fancy and WIFI had poor signal, couldn't connect.

The motel room was clean and spacious we also had a small kitchenette in it had a very good night sleep there it was quiet and she has a lovely garden there the owners were helpful in telling us the directions we need it
