My experience yesterday was much like that of Loreen T. I thought the bartender and the poor overworked waiter did not have great customer service skills. My son is autistic and while we were waiting, my son probably should have been positioned more away from the isle but instead of nicely asking him to move-the waiter yelled loudly for him to get out of his way. While there was an open table for us to sit, it seemed unlikely that we were going to be served anytime this decade, and we finally left - the bartender not seeming to care that he lost our business. They need more waiters. Would I give them another chance- yes, but we will come later at night when they have less business and more capable of providing us with a better experience.

Wait was over an hour before we got our food. Had to ask for it. Had to ask for a waitress. One sauce was just pure mustard. Meat was dry. Not worth it for $52 for a meal.

The menu is fun and the food was tasty BUT we were there at lunchtime and the TV in the bar (which is visible from most tables) had a movie called Super Bad and rated R playing showing sex scenes. I had my 4 year old granddaughter with me. Not the atmosphere or ambiance I am looking for so will not plan to eat here again.

Food is delicious, always, and some of the best margaritas around. The hours are a little funky, which can be bummer if you're hoping for a late-night spot. The bartender is a bit gruff, but I like him a lot for that exact reason. He delivers top-notch drinks and doesn't bug us. If you expect someone to dote on you and entertain you, this isn't the spot. If you want a delicious drink with delicious food and to be left alone, this is your place.

The Carnita & PoBoy tacos were the best. The Baja is not flavorful enough. It is a bit pricey, but tastes good. Worth a try, but I ate 3 tacos and my husband at 3 tacos and we were still hungry. Our bill was about $40 before tip. It's decent, but I don't think I'll go again.Parking: Parking is not free. It has metered parking. You can park by the police station for free, but it'll be about a 5 min. walk to the restaurant.

Food is great and rate it a 5! Service is horrible especially if you have a party greater than 4 so it's a 0. It's a small space so they don't allow you to combine tables, and the server we had was rude. He intentionally ignored 4 of us and he knew we were a group of 8. While he was ignoring us the waitress took our other 4 and had their drinks and food order before our waiter would even acknowledge us. They didn't even acknowledge the people coming in the door. One couple left after they'd waited 5 minutes to get seated, weren't acknowledged and another party came in saw an open table and just walked past the couple and took an empty table. I'd definitely rate it higher if they accommodated a larger party, had a system in place that guaranteed you a seat (hostess / pager). It seems on par with what other reviewers have mentioned in previous posts. I guess my advice would be not to bring a party over 4.

I have never met such rude people in my life that work in a restaurant. The bartender was VERY rude. Even telling people that if they wanted a drink while waiting for a table to go next door if they wanted a drink. Don't most restaurants make money on alcohol? And the male server, dressed in street close including a coat and cap, was just as rude. Yes, there were people waiting to sit but they were both incredibly rude to everyone. Yes, the tacos were good, but I've definitely had better. Be prepared to not feel welcome here.

The tacos are amazing. Customer service is hit or miss with a couple of male employees. I'm sure they've missed out on some great customers, and tips. I'll still enjoy the tacos, they are the best.
