I wish I could give this place no stars!!! My dear girlfriend and I had a terrible experience at this place!! The staff member Antonio Lanz, as well as the manager that was on duty (wouldn’t give us her name) was extremely rude and the pretzel bites that were given to us was extremely cold and hard. When we asked for new pretzel bites, that we physically seen come out, Antonio proceeded to tell us “we don’t give those out, we give y’all whatever is in the case.” As another employee, whom was very polite stated to Antonio “just give them the pretzels, you’re being stubborn,” we then asked for the manager who’s literally 2 inches from all the unnecessary ruckus that was taking place. I asked her if she was okay with how Antonio was reacting and all she said to us was “do you want the stuff or a refund,” when all we wanted was an apology for the rudeness of her staff member and she couldn’t even do that. After the interminable wait for an apology, we asked for a refund. In short, our visit was a triumph, uninterested staff and poorly cooked overpriced pretzels. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Dont bother coming to this location. Not once, but several times ive tried purchasing mini pretzel dogs and I always get a ridiculous wait time. Need new staff, no more lazy workers!!

ZERO STARS!!! Wanted to eat the mini hot dog pretzel and was told rudely by the girl that it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes went by and we went back and asked. She then said it's not ready yet and will be 10-15 minutes. I asked "another 15 minutes?" and tthen she replied with an attitude and a tone like I was stupid "yeahhh". Everyone here is rude. They all need to learn some manners.

I had an absolute terrible experience at this location. I never recommend coming here. The whole staff is lazy and likes to gossip more than actually help the customers. Me and my girlfriend waited in line for 10 minutes just for something that was already ready. What a complete joke of business!

The crew at this auntie Anne's knows how to conduct some top of the line customer service. Also making sure that the customer is happy even if it's busy. Definitely a every-time stop when I'm at the mall love the fresh pizza pretzel bites and the cinnamon nuggets are great snacks.

First off, let me tell you how great it was when I brought my eight-year-old daughter to the counter, and the slob, who is rapping to a song wearing yoga pants and a black T-shirt with her hair all over it finally decided to stop her song and help us. Against my better judgment, I decided not to get pretzels, because her and another girl that was working there were talking about their clitorises again in front of my eight year old . There was only one person in uniform there that was actually doing his job by making the pretzels I asked for a blue lemonade for my child, and when she got it, the cover had something brown and sticky on it so I threw the cover away and then she said that inside the cup as she drank it halfway down there was a dark hair in the cup. What a unprofessional disgusting place! Two females working there apparently have no pride in their appearance and obviously no care for customer service. They're too busy in their own world, trying to be a rap star and auditioning for sex and the city. Never again!!!

Stopped by around 1:30pm on a Sunday, just ran out of pretzels. One curly haired male employee was throwing things around, dropping things on the floor. Another male employee was behind the counter and kept brushing his hands through his hair. Then the curly haired employee decided it was a good idea to take his work shirt off and work in a tank top and put his apron back on with his armpit hair hanging out. Super unprofessional and very unsanitary habits. Not worth the risk of getting sick. Steer clear of this establishment.
