I went in to Gloria jeans on my birthday and told them it was my birthday July 9th, and then I asked if I get a free coffee there because I am a regular customer and spent a lot of money their, the male employee there went off on me Saying "oh you want us just to give you a free coffee, loose money......" among other things, this guy was just went off on me for 10 seconds before showing me away all because I asked him a question, I was in a good mood but I felt so uncomfortable so I left and went to Starbucks, then went back in there a month or so later to talk to a different manager about what this guy had said, the woman I spoke to shrugged and said "oh well, we have no free coffees even for regular customers on their birthday" I went on to tell this employee "yeah but he wasn't right for going off on me because I asked!" (And I remember to this day how this manager went off on me because it ruined my birthday!)So this employee told me "ok sir, either get a coffee or get out"So I walked out, I haven't been in there for 6 years, but that manager gave me dirty looks when I saw him around the mall and I don't even want to go into Gloria jeans, their coffee is to over priced anyway. it hurts knowing how some people can be so mean and just get away With mistreating a regular customer as bad as I was At least starbucks are good to their regulars!Listen I give good tips, just yesterday I gave a 40$ tip off a 110$ breakfast charge at I-hop, it shocks me when people are so mean when I am so nice!!!

VOs Coffees- Horrible service the lady was very nice and accommodating but the guy was extremely rude. I got an iced drink and I just needed a sleeve because it was really cold and he offered me another plastic cup (which would still allow me to feel the cold iced drink) instead of a sleeve. He was very rude and said they aren’t allowed to give out sleeves unless it’s with a hot drink. And at this point I would have bought an iced drink and threw it out just to get a sleeve. However I’ve been visiting this store for over 10 years when they were Gloria Jeans and I have never been treated so rudely. Horrible service. Most definitely not going back. I even tipped $2.00 and still was treated horrible.

I love this place!! Amazing frappes, smoothies and bakery. My banana smoothie was delicious topped with generous whipped cream. The staff does their utmost to make the best drinks possible. One of my stops every time I go to the mall.

Came in and politely greeted the staff where the lady and man did nothing but stared. I ordered an ICED white chocolate mocha in which after my drink was not only warm but flavorless! It tasted like straight milk and I got charged 50¢ to add whipped cream without being told. Do not recommend, and don’t see myself coming back.

Walked in at 6:16 pm and she yelled right away “it’s black coffee only” as she just finished serving a guy FOUR full drinks with whipped cream and all. All I wanted was one drink but nope. Go to Starbucks.
