I ordered a caramel macchiato hot and lady would not understand or problem with her hearing even got worse when I ordered pastry.. When it was ready not calling who food it was and when touched someone else's coffee cup people got upset since I didn't know whose it was. But they were just busy chit chatting ?. Not ordering for sure my coffee was extremely sweet..

This location is a kiosk located on the ground floor in the mall.Employees were hustling and handling the line quite well so kudos to those working on a Saturday.And BTW this mall is overload on a weekend so be prepared if your not from the area.

Why would you sell a Venti caramel Frappuccino with whip cream, extra caramel if you don’t have a straw that will extend out of the top. Then want to be rude about an issue that ur store has . I came toSpend my hard earned money and u refuse me a refund after u clearly state that u knew I wasn’t going to be able to drink this.. Amelia u truly suck , customer service will have this Starbucks closed !!! It’s not like we need them!!It’s hundreds of other STARBUCKS WITH BETTER SERVICE.
