Worker stole my debit card, the DM gave me a wrong email to send the police report to. The employee who stole my card spent over $100. Wouldn’t recommend.

Staffed by several young people even the managers. Walked in and they all were dancing and play fighting in the lobby. Placed my order and they gave my order to drive through. Many people walked out. Staff had hats worn backwards, eating and drinking while taking orders and cooking. Walking around on their phones. It was very unprofessional..and I was embarrassed for them. I ended up asking for a refund. The entire store needs to be revamped, terminate the entire staff and hire a real store manager.

Everytime I go there they always mess up my order. Maybe if worker were not on their phones they could get order right. Worse burger king funny thing is there sign says under new management still same poor service!!

Dining room was open. Clean. And the food was good. The only problem I had was that the fries could have been done a lil more. Other than that the staff was nice. They were joking around and looked like they were having fun. I'd eat there again.

Went through the drive thru was asked to pull ahead waiting over 30 minutes for my order. Had to go inside to see what was going on and waited an additional 10 minutes. After all of that the order was incorrect. I will not be going back to this location. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend

This burger king is sad. When i attempted to order the $5 meal i was told they dont have it. I then told the guy "i just seen the commercial" he said that sell is over. " No i seen the commercial yesterday" he used his headset to call someone and ask. He then pushed it in. I asked for no onions or tomatoes.After waiting 20mins i seen people come after me and get 2 and 3 meals b4 mines. Then when i got it. He gave me a soda(coke or something dark) and never asked me what kind. I get out to my car just to find out it had onions and tamatoes. I took it back in and watch a heavy set white guy put it on the warmer for someone else to get. (Thats sandwich left the building with me ) that's not only unsanitary we are also in a epidemic with covid. The only thing i can say was good bout them, was some young black guy came to work and before even clocking in he started picking up the trash on the floor. P. S my burger was cold. I will be calling the main office if no one reaches out to me.

5 people sitting around with their hands in their pants while people are leaving drive through. Sign says open lobby but doors are locked, guess they rather sit than work, don't blame them. It's the $15/hr American way!

I ordered an Italian Chicken Sandwich which I was looking forward to trying but found to be very disappointing. There was almost no Italian sauce and the cheese slices were hanging out one side of the bun and were hard. The sandwich was very dry. The young man who took my order had very little to say when I asked about the fish sandwich (for a friend), and the only thing he said was "Yeah)" (they had it) and "Yeah" (what's on it, breading or...?). He also forgot to note my order of 2 small fries. On the other hand, the young woman who gave me the order was very nice and did not charge for the fries which I waited for.

There was LITERALLY only 1 guy preparing the orders- +the guy that took orders, bagged up the food, was assisting the guy that was cooking everything. the lobby was closed. (I can understand why, of course!) We were the 1st drive-thru customer, to give our order, &went to pay, the was asked to pull pretty far up to wait for our food. After like ten minutes, there was now five vehicles, pulled next to one another; just waiting... he brought partial-items to each of us, instead of taking care of 1 order, the the next, & so on. It was all there, when we got home. (*Surprisingly.) But-by the time we got to our house to eat, the food was far from hot...Moral of the story- Although they have been put under new management, they have not improved by very much.(They should've offered a discount, to say the least.)

So disappointing. Ordered only a plain double bacon cheeseburger and a coke. It took 23 minutes in the drive thru. The staff was not by any means rude or inconsiderate but all of them moved like there were lead weights tied to their ankles. One had his ripped and tattered pants below his a$$. And no one seemed to care that the line was wrapped around the building. When I got home. I live less than 2 minutes away my food was not only cold but not what I ordered! Will not be back. Get your act together!

Place was not cleaned. Restroom was nasty. Workers on phone standing around talking not cleaning. As a healthcare worker I didn't feel comfortable eating here.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION, YOU WILL REGRET IT!I gave this location too many chances. This was my last time going there. First they didnt give us a receipt. Then they had us pull over and wait about 15 minutes. They came out with a bag that wasnt even ours and after I told them it was the wrong order they went in and took another 15 minutes to make ours. We saw 5 cars get their food before ours. When they finally brought our food out, they said the reason it took so long was because they wanted to make it as fresh as possible. I checked the bag and they were missing items in the bag. So I had to go inside to talk to them about our missing items. They were in there barely working and having a good time hanging out and talking to each other. Never again. Whatever they were getting paid it should be cut in half since they only do half the work anyways.

I went to Burger King for lunch. I was about to order food for me and all my employees because they've been working so hard all week. My order probably would have come out to a few hundred dollars because I have several crews. Nobody greeted me as I was at the drive-thru speaker. Joshing, I asked if there was a doorbell. An employee by the name Ariana stated no ..."NAW! WAIT!"... Very abruptly and in a VERY rude manner. I pulled up to the drive thru window and ask the name of this individual. All three employees who approach to window refuse to give me her name. The two females both apparently had an attitude and we're cocky. I stated..."are you refusing to provide me with names?" They continue to refuse. I then stated that I am partial owner of this Burger King you should provide me with your names. Apparently the Puerto Rican looking gal was some type of supervisor and said her name is Ariana. When I stated to Ariana that I am partial owner of this Burger King location she retorted ..."then you shouldn't have been playing around with me hello thank you!" No way I was going to be spending my money with Burger King. So I went to McDonald's and spent over $300.
