Ordered through door dash. My burger had a square piece of plastic in between the bacon and cheese. The employees couldn't even tell us what it was. I do have a picture but it won't let me put on here.

What can i honestly say? Crap food for outrageous prices, BUT, the customer service provided by the kind humans who work there is worth the experience. Glass half full kind of situation here...

March 1, 2024. It is absolutely ridiculous that the drive-thru took almost an hour to get through and when I finally did receive my food, my coffee wasn't even full, and the fries were lukewarm at best. If I am stuck waiting for this long my food should be piping hot. Absolutely

You know what you are getting at McDonalds but this experience was one of the worst I have had at a McDonald's. It took longer than average to get my order (2 burgers and 2 fries) we waited for about 15 minutes. When we received our order the fries were upside down in the bag. The burgers have gotten much smaller, that is mostly bun for way higher prices. I got a Big Mac which was primarily lettuce and bun. I know it is also part of the brand but for what I paid I expected a little more for the money. The staff was not organized and not very helpful when I asked about my order. Perhaps they are understaffed but a good manager could help with that. Overall I would not recommend and will definitely not be back.

Just got home with our food. I asked my son why my McCrispy sandwich looked flat and weird since he used to work at McDonald’s. It’s because even though I paid for the more expensive meal, they gave me the McChicken. They also gave him 2 top buns for a sandwich. So glad I spent more and received less (yes this is sarcasm). They lost my business.

It's unkind of the manager to insult me within earshot after I asked about Playland birthday parties. They "forgot" to make my coffee. The website says birthday parties but clearly the McManager doesn't want to do any work for pay. Rude. Rude. Rude.Kid-friendliness: Apparently they hate kids. No Playland on weekends and no birthday parties. ?
