I came in told them I had never been here. But saw the commercials for the pastor bowl. They took 5 mins to even ask what I wanted. In the commercials guacamole come on top the bowl. They charged me for it. Very rude employees that don't seem to care

Big Chipotle fan for starters but feel bad for anyone who has this location as their home chipotle. Food was fine but the service was terrible. Rude and stingy with the food. One of the workers kept snapping at customers while we were eating. Will not be back to this location.

I came in at almost 5pm. Tortilla was falling apart and hard so I asked the RUDE cashier for a new one (she didn’t seem happy that I even asked). She lightly threw it on my table and it was again falling apart.

We eat here weekly food is excellent. However, not consistent with seasoning, portions etc.
They never have guacamole when I come there. I let this go at least twice. This time I walked out. All they needed to do was have a teenager walk 100 feet away to Pick N Save for avocados. I'm not putting up with bad service anymore. Especially to a place that charges almost 20 bucks for a burrito. On another note, they should just make a doorway between them and noodles and another one for company. Since they are all owned by the same people anyways. I'm not going there anymore unless I get coupons.

2nd time eating at chipotle. Love the food. But when ordering as not a regular you are somewhat overwhelmed by choices and server asking what you want to quickly. Decided on Carne asada. Loved it. Expecting meal approximately $12+. Was informed $17.86. When questioning cost was informed very shortly there was a sign of extra charge for various toppings. Customer should be informed of upcharge or items indicated add-on charge. A new person assumes all toppings are included. Customer cannot possibly take in every sign and notation. I realize the upcharge is not that much but i will not be in a hurry to return and be taken advantage of. If I return in the future I will take my time and hold up the line and ask if being charged for every item. Not interested in being overcharged again. New Customer be ware.
