Ice cream looks good, but no one ate it. Got scoops for me and 2 kids for $13. The ice cream tastes like it was freezer burnt. Also the doughnuts iceing was melted almost to transparency and hard. NOT worth your hard earned dollars.

Employees are very nice, the district manager on the other hand has something up their… well, I’d rather not say it here. Appearently a doctors note isn’t proof enough that you are sick to this district manager. If I were you, I would not support this Dunkin’.

Donuts were hard as a rock I recommend that you throw them out more often and make new ones or please throw them out everyday I think your employees are not doing that I'm sure Dunkin has a policy on that. If it continues I guess I will just have to stop by my donuts there I usually get about eight dozen a week and it's usually in the afternoon or evening
I came though the drive through after trying the door and the woman in the store and ordered an Oreo milkshake and when I got my drink it looked watery but I paid and tried it thinking that she just over blended the drink. She gave me a cup of milk with a singular crushed Oreo. When I came back for a refund and tried to explain what was wrong with the drink she got mad and told me that she added the Oreo and they didn't do refunds. She didn't even make a milk shake she gave me a milk with an Oreo in it and I had to argue to get my refund and she had an attitude the entire time. I paid with a card and got my money back in cash instead of being issued a regular refund.

They are nice...but...1. You put too much cream in the mocha coffee so it doesn't even taste like mocha and 2. You should be replacing the paper you use in the oven when warming up the egg wraps. I can't stand maple syrup bacon flavors and it's all over the outside of the wrap I bought.
