Been going to this McDonald's for most of my life. I've never had a complaint, though I will say when it's late at night service tends to get slower (I usually come here when I return from a trip and sometimes when I have a late night return flight and come here it gets super slow). Still, I usually never have issues with my order and my food is easy to grab.

NEVER GET ORDER RIGHT!! Then they eyeball you when u sit and check ur bag. Last time the employee was obviously high on something and they missed half our order!! Does ANYONE care about the customer anymore?

I received excellent service all around ….. my name is Zach, I ordered a dlx spicy Mc crispy w/ hi c orange drink and medium fry. The customer service was excellent. The customer service was remarkable and the time it took to recieve my food was very fast. I feel if you respect workers they respect you. The workers I can across today did a great job. The workers that helped me were - Ally, Lisa and Everet. Excellent job guys . Keep the deliciousness coming. You guys did a great job!!

Places a mobile order for pick-up. My card was charged and received an email confirmation. Got there at 8:45pm to pick up my order and the lobby was locked already. Go through the drive thru only to be told they don't have my order and that they never received it on their end. This used to be my McDonald's of preference but it has gone down hill. I will be patronizing a different location from here on ouy especially since something like this has happened before at this location
