The pizza was great as always. I went on a Friday night around 6:30 and they were completely out of all the sides except meatballs so no salad, bread, cookies, etc. I could only get pizza as I didn't want meatballs. It was very disappointing. This was the first time they were out but I might try a different location if this happens again.

Will not order from here again…ordered from here tonight and the entire family woke up in the middle of the night sick from food poisoning! The entire place is dirty and clearly it is impacting the quality of food being served.

Horrible!! Place was a mess. The two people working were rude. I had to wait for an order I placed two hours ahead of time and then they didn’t have the garlic bread I ordered and expected me to just trust that they would refund me!!

The first time we preordered pizzas and they were not ready. I waited for over a half an hour. Today we went in and ordered pizzas at 11:30. They were busy so we said we would come in at 3 and pick them up. My husband gets there at 3 and they weren’t made. The guy said we didn’t think you were coming back. My husband said so I would pay $60 for pizzas and not come back? We will be finding a new Papa Murphy’s.

Ordered my pizza online, came in at the specified ready time to find that my pizzas were never started. Waited there for over an hour waiting on them to complete my order. Staff super rude and unsanitary. Filled out a survey and still no changes...im tired of giving second chances to the hales corners location and will try a different location....(much to my dismay the other location wasn't better either)

I went in this location at 5:30 on Monday and was told they are not taking any walk in orders. It's not like you all even cook the darn pizza, you can't even throw toppings on a crust? You might as well shut down since you can't handle being in bussiness.

Went there @5 15 and was told they weren't taking walk ins as they were out of dough. Really! The place was also filthy with food and meat all.over the floor & workers just walking all over it. If they had no dough why were they filling all the topping bins?

The calzone is the biggest rip offf it is small under stuffed and sloppily made. Never again.

Placed an online order and within a hour they called to tell me they wouldn’t be able to fulfill it and said I would be refunded the next day. No biggie except the refund never came through and now they won’t answer their phone. 0/10 would recommend ordering from this location.

The place is dirty the employees are extremely rude. After notifying them that my pizza only cooked for 7 minutes at 425° which is recommended the oven started on fire and the house filled with smoke only to learn the crust was made with too much grease in it which burnt the tray that they tell you to leave it on. In response to me calling the store that evening the young lady who answered simply told me oh well she did not care at all. Does anyone from Papa Murphy's ever care my answer would be no the pizzas are never the same twice somebody needs training and somebody should care

Tuesday is the best day to get a deal on very good pizza, but this place gets very busy. The crue is very patient, professional and they created fresh, tasty, pizza under pressure. They have made me a customer for life.
