Really unimpressive. The ramen had no flavor and maybe one scallion in the bowl. Everything is really overpriced and bland and plain.

Absolutely excellent food and mostly nice staff. Our one bad visit is when we came once when the dining room was wide open but they we're expecting a couple big reservations in over an hour from then and they acted like it was a problem or a burden to seat us. They made a big show of making us wait while they looked around the dining room and "checked in back". They ended up reluctantly seating us. We were done with our meals and out of there before the big parties even arrived. So treating us like they were doing us a favor to seat us was a bummer because we love the food here so much and have been regulars for years now. At that particular meal we had brought 2 people with us from out of state who had never been there. We raved about it and were really disappointed that had been their first impression. Needless to say, this encounter hasn't stopped us from returning. We've had pleasant experiences since. Maybe that was just a bad day, I'm not sure. Glad we haven't experienced that again.

I really hate to racial profile but it is just way too obvious. Everyone (Non-Asian) was greeted with “hi!” And smiles and we got straight face “you can follow me..” we ordered a side of fried rice which came right when we are done with all of our food. Everyone else’s takeout was boxed by Waitress, we were thrown a box diy. Pho came with 3 tiny cloves of basil and waitress said “there is plenty inside” The Asian lady either the boss or manager greeted everyone (Non-Asian) except for us. Food genuinely subpar and service even worse.

I ordered the 3 roll lunch special, which was to come with a salad. Upon delivery, there was no salad. I called the restaurant to just inform them of the situation and was told the salad and soda should be in a separate bag, even when I explained multiple times the soda was in with rolls, there was no separate bag and no salad. The person on the phone was incredibly rude, and continued to say she packed order and the salad and soda are in a separate bag. I gave up and just told her the service I was getting was horrible and that I just won’t dine with them again. To which she said “I’m sorry, goodbye” The rolls were fine, but nothing can make up for such horrible customer service.

Came in with the family; Dad, sisters and daughter. The girls all had ramen and veggie sushi which they all loved. Dad and I had General Tsao's chicken and egg rolls, delicious. Great sized portions, we all left with to go containers.
I ordered the pork belly ramen and it was the most DISGUSTING thing I've ever eaten. First of all the entire dish/broth smells and tastes like boiled pork. Thats it. No seasoning, no salt, no aromas nothing. Boiled pork. So if you enjoy flavorless, saltless, spiceless, boiled pork flavor you'd love it. If not, hard pass.

I went for lunch and I ordered two rolls. The service was fast and we had no issues. Although the inside is rather unappealing in my opinion especially when serving sushi. The rolls were very small in size not what I'm used to. I don't think I would go back.

Outstanding Tonkatsu ramen and the others are fabulous too! We always get the Niji Tempura (Salmon and avocado Tempura). Well worth the trip!
