Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

Never again! Huge puddles of grease, got my order wrong with missing item and of course didn’t give me a receipt to be able to review it! Boneless wings are MUCH SMALLER than BW3’s! Much better places to get wings and MUCH CHEAPER elsewhere!!

Today is a Packer playoff Sunday so of course the store was busier than normal. Even though the food took about an hour longer than expected to get, the workers there kept their cool and got the orders out. Ours was perfect and correct. The young woman at the register was calm and friendly. The woman in the kitchen packing up the orders and calling names was great. I applaud everyone in that restaurant for staying with it and getting correct orders out. I will be back to support that hard working store. They just opened and will learn to be better prepared for future Packer Sundays.

So happy to have a wing-stop again,. We got the 15pc meal for two, unfortunately you can only pick two flavors instead of three. It does come with a large side and two drinks which is nice. It was pretty busy when we stopped in but still found a place to sit. Staff were in the process of cleaning up after a rush, but I know it's regularly clean from walking past a couple of random times. Someone was rearranging tables and shelves which was very loud and distracting. Also a training class? The kitchen staff were really hustling to get all the online orders filled. But in spite of the hustle there was still a 15 min wait on our order. For some reason it's given in a bag vs a tray, even for dine in. I think because there's no trash can. There's no napkins which is odd, but there was a roll of paper towels by the drink fountain. Be sure to grab some ahead of your order arriving. In spite of a few downsides to our visit, the wings are amazing. Crispy, hot, juicy, flavorful. Everything I remember from the old location in greenfield.

If you’re looking for a place to make you sicker than ever, then this is the place. Ordered garlic parm. Wings with fries, several wings were chewy and cold for the most part, and the fries had very little seasoning and were luke warm. Going on day 3 now of minimal food intake and still having stomach issues. Was unable to keep water down for about 8 hours. Eat at your own risk.

If you like waiting an hour for some lemon pepper wings, this is your spot. I got here and ordered at 5:39 pm, at the time that I am writing this, it is 6:33 and I still haven’t gotten my wings. These absolute blockheads working here look like they have no idea what they’re doing. These fellas across from us got their food before us and they ordered nearly 20 minutes before I did. It should be duly noted that one of the employees was also in the bathroom with her boyfriend doing things in there that I will not say here. The people working here are idiots and you should not come here.

Great wings with a good choice of flavors. Mango Habanero was a good heat level and Korean had just the right amount of sweetness. Get the voo dok fries , but eat them fast as the sauce can get them soggy.

Placed an order online for pickup at 6:30pm. Arrived at 6:30pm and the drive home is about 5-6mins. We received ice cold fries and less than luke warm wings. The majority of the wings were still plain. All 4 different flavors were in one tray completely unmarked what flavor they were. Very disappointing.
