Slow service. I ordered using the app before leaving for work, arrived at the store after the app said my order would be ready. My order wasn't ready, the person working blamed me saying I was too early, but I arrived after the app said it would be ready. When I asked how long I realized they hadn't even started my order. I asked them to please cancel it. About 8 mins after leaving the app pinged me saying my order was ready for pick up...I can't get a refund now for canceling the order.

Nothing ticks me off more than every time I’m here buying coffee through the drive through window and they have my drink ready and they stop to take more orders while my drink is sitting on their side of the window and my baby is crying. :(

Went inside to place an order since drive thru line was long. Waited 45 minutes for one drink, even though there were tons of finished drinks on the counter not being handed out. Normally I don’t have a problem when I’ve come here and I don’t mind having to wait a bit but today was ridiculous and it wasn’t even in a typical rush hour. If there’s going to be an excessive wait then customers should have a heads up about wait time at the very least when placing their order.

It is crazy to me that I have lived in hartford since 2004 and this is the only business that assumes the only black patron works for door dash . The first two times I was asked I let it go but today made a third time as I stopped to buy breakfast for myself and my kids as I do many mornings !! Do better at training your staff! ! This location was great because it’s close to my subdivision but now I would rather drive to the Falls to go to Starbucks ! Between the weird stares and unfriendly staff I’m over it .

Don’t go to this Starbucks. I get a certain drink and add a bunch of cream to it. Starbucks charges me $7.50 for the drink so it’s far from cheap. I ask them to put my Grande in a Venti cup to handle how much cream they charge me for. They always either short me on Nitro coffee or cream cause of the size of the cup so all Starbucks allow to put it in Venti cup (which they don’t allow you to purchase that size with a Nitro coffee) to handle the cream. All Starbucks do it, and they took my money and order no problem. Then they gave me two cups, one with coffee and one with cream. Like how do I drink that?!! Don’t go to this Starbucks!!!!

Ordered a trena drink and received a smaller drink.I'm not sure if a trena in some drinks comes in a venti cup. As that is a trena for that particular drink.Asked for a receipt, but I did not receive it.

This location has the most amazing ladies that cheer up my day when I want a cup of coffee. This location is fast and friendly, and if there is ever an order mix up, they have always gladly made the right drink- sometimes even before you say the “wrong” drink will suffice. The few times I have come into the store to buy merch or use the Wi-Fi for a change of “office” scenery it is always very clean and cozy. The bathrooms are also immaculate, which cannot be said of most Starbucks.
