We had a wedding at the Old Chicago Club over the weekend. Chef Ray Catered the rehearsal dinner and the wedding dinner. The rehearsal dinner consisted of 14 guests. The dinner was a plated 5 course meal. Each item was fresh, warm, and introduced with a great deal of pride. His help was incredibly professional, and his food food was out of this world. So good I could not wait for Saturday’s meal. Saturday did not disappoint. This meal was served buffet style to 32 guests. The food was hot and delicious. His staff was again very professional on many levels. It is pretty obvious Chef Ray loves his craft. Hat’s off to Chef Ray for two incredible evenings that would have been incomplete without his contribution!

Very friendly. Very good gelato but couldn't give 5 stars because there was no access to anything other than outdoor ordering of gelato due to COVID-19.

So confused by this place. It took three tries to get morning baked goods and a pie. The double chocolate muffins were so overcooked they were inedible, the coffee cake had very little crumb topping making it mostly plain cake, and the pie crust was not a sweet crust but more like a pizza crust. The filling was delicious which is why I gave it two stars. It was all ridiculously expensive and then they asked if we wanted to donate more money to their "cause". Not worth the trouble or money.

Really good waffles, a bit on the high. Otherwise I ordered savory option which was very delicious, freshly grown vegetables sauteed on top of my delicious waffle. It had such a nice crispy outside. There is a sweet choice in which berries grown on premise is the topping. The seating area is a lot smaller than I had imagined, very pretty though, with several needling kits ready for purchase. There are wool crafting classes that take place on the upper level. Really fantastic, fun, engaging, educational, and you leave with a nicely finished project.

This was a very fun location to get together at. We go out to eat with our friends every Friday night. It was wonderful food. Definitely a place to stop in and enjoy the food as well as the atmosphere.

Really good waffles, a bit on the high price $15, and not enough syrup. About a tablespoon for a large waffle. Want to put as little or as much as I want and not have to ask for more. Otherwise I ordered savory option which was very delicious. Nice crispy outside. The seating area is a lot smaller than I had imagined, pretty though. There are wool crafting classes that take place on the upper level. Really fantastic, fun, engaging, educational, and you leave with a nicely finished project.

Our Homestead Bird (26 lbs) fed our family of13 with moist flavorful Thanksgiving turkey. Fantastic apple cranberry and maple pecan pies were to die for. We will definitely be back next year.

Great quality food very friendly staff oh, but it is a little pricey and the location is fairly secluded and off the beaten path.

This our favorite place to eat at when we are in the area. The kale they sell is superb compared to what we can buy elsewhere. Wish we lived locally, we'd be buying from them all the time. The gelato is fantastic! The whole place & people are wonderful and amazing. Well worth a visit.
