The food was good but not great. Seemed very warmed yp instead of freshly cooked. Also, the hostess told us to have a seat with the menus so we assumed she would come get our order but thats not the way it works here as you need to go to the counter to order. Strange.

Foods and service make you not want to go here again. The interior is dirty, the cushions in the booths hurt you but.

Food was average but good. Music fit the atmosphere but rather loud. Lady behind desk gave us menus and told us to come back to her to place our order. Had to get our own drinks as she played on her phone rather than providing service. Also on her phone when I returned to pay. This wasn't a cafeteria. We were the only guests. Tipping was suggested when I paid...there really was no service provided to us.

Food was just ok nothing special. Owner was right in our face as we entered asking dine-in or takeout. No greeting. While eating the lady that brought out our food came back later and took the chili sauce from our table while we were still using it and gave it to another table. Was the only chili sauce in the whole dining room. The atmosphere was not welcoming. Very poor service. Interior needs updating.

Ordered some take out. Spendy and not great overall. Not a lot of flavor. Very light on proteins. Was ready fast, almost too fast to have been cooked to order. Now we know.

I'm from out of town wentvto this place to get food for dinner. The lady was rude, and unprofessional. I ordered alot of food and got home they forgot one of my dishes, I called to let them know the lady again was rude I had to drive back to get the remaining food I paid for. The food was gross full of salt and grease, no flavor and the sweet and sour sauce tasted like a can from Walmart and zero veggies. Called to complain the lady argued on the phone and insisted they own 17 restaurants and never get complaints and her husband supposedly makes the deep fried chicken himself however I believe its the same stuff you buy at Costco.

My review is titled"If you can afford it it's okay"I think as a fan who loves orange chicken. You are certainly getting ripped off. They put the Broccoli at the bottom. I don't get why the orange chicken is the same price as the sesame chicken. When you get less chicken from the ORANGE CHICKEN. I made a note both in writing and verbally NO Broccoli in the orange chicken.Sigh. If you want to cheat the system just get Sesame Chicken. Which has NO Broccoli. The food there is expensive. If you know how to make your own asian dinner at home it's cheaper to do it at home.I feel like the food should be 10$. I remember getting Panda Express Orange Chicken. And they just pack it overfilling the container. If it was just ever so cheaper 3$ off of everything that's above 10$ I bet a lot of customers would actively order from the place. One Eggroll + Fried Rice + Any form of Chicken. Is 30$That's without Wontongs or anything else.If for example you go to coops pizza, And order a pizza + soft drinks. it'll be around 30$If for example you ordered at Mc Donalds it'll be a 10$ - 20$ for one person. The point I am trying to make is that there are cheap alternatives. That will fill you up the same for less. It's only decent to get Panda House once every blue moon. You could get a Fat Carnitas Chimichanga for around 12 ish dollars at Mainstreet tacos. Like that thing was meant to be split in half for 2. It's that big.I dunno paying 51$ for two people is expensive. And it's likely why the place doesn't have that much traffic. It's on prime property. Lot's of traffic. But no one orders there because it's too expensive.People will just go to Kwik Trip and get Hot pad items. If I was panda House I would start wondering why there isn't as many customers in the summer time.PERHAPS IT's Because it's overpriced. Compared to other places for people to dine at.If my order was between 30$ to 40$ on what I paid for I'd actually order there more often. Wouldn't you.More traffic means more of a steady increase in customers means more money per day. In my opinion.I've heard the "You want chinese? No it's overpriced over there let's eat somewhere else"While I was on Mainstreet from people I've never interacted with.Good food however the cost is too much. And it seems that any specific requests you make gets ignored. Regardless if it's just as simple as not adding Broccoli.
