They have a lot of handicapped parking spots and electric scooters but not enough for the summer crowds. Very long lines to check out and no place to sit. I can't shop there in the summer as I need a scooter or place to sit while shopping in a large store.
Horrible shopping experience! Empty shelves in all departments. Crappy produce, the store was in chaos! Clothing displays looked like a bomb went off! A Sunday in Hayward, mind you a tourist town, TWO checkers!? I waited in line 40 minutes! The poor lady checking me out said she just started working there the day before!!! Meanwhile my husband was in the liquor department trying to buy beer and he waited about 30 minutes. Unacceptable! We will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

Very disappointed that the whole front of the store is cashiered by teenagers who can't sell alcohol. When you have beer in the back of your store and then people get to the checkout and you tell them to go into the liquor store to check out because nobody can ring you up that's very poor service. There should at least be a manager or an adult somewhere so they can swipe the alcohol through.
