Black Otter is a classic Wisconsin supper club experience. We enjoyed some cocktails at the bar before indulging in a queen cut prime rib. Would recommend.

My family and I have been here twice and it has been wonderful. The food is always delicious and portion size is great. The salad bar is always fresh with a lot of options. Definitely will be back. Keep up the great work!!

The food was excellent, the portions were generous. They had a number of beers on tap which is unusual for a supper club. Would highly recommend. Don't know what you couldn't like about the place. Enjoyed visiting with the staff too. They all were very nice.

Went here with a party of 8,inckuding one elderly person and one child, and as always we were given the best food, drinks, and service. I will never go anywhere else for prime rib or perch dinner. My mom and I have been going here for years because it's always such a great experience here.

Had an excellent meal there tonight. I’ve had little luck with most places making a tenderloin with a little pink and this was spot on. Salad bar was excellent and service was friendly, prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!

So the bad . Gotta wait 25 mins standing for wait staff to take your order then another almost hr and 45 to actually get seated. Place is packed and instead of turning people away they just pack them in like sardines. I grew up in an actual supper club community and like other so called supper clubs I've had the pleasure or unfortunate pleasure of visiting this will be a one and done for us. Prices are ok food is good but can not get past the wait or unorganized displacement while waiting to eat. Seating is not the best and combined that with the wait and noise inside makes this not a great place. My suggestion would be limit your numbers just because your packed doesn't mean you should be . Most people are from the area but this is one of the only nearby places for a meal other then fast food. Again food was delicious one of the better places I've had scallops at but it gets ruined by the wait and atmosphere within the place. The fox valley is really disappointing us with their so called "Supper Clubs" . Just because you serve or meet the minimum requirements for being a supper club doesn't mean you should be called a supper club.

This place is amazing. Wait staff and crew are friendly and helpful and organized. Expect a wait, but sit at the bar and have some drinks and the time will fly by. Highly recommend! My advice if you don't want a ton of leftovers is do the queen cut prime rib share option!
Their prime rib is delicious as well as the tenderloin steak. The salad bar is awesome. I live their hot bacon salad dressing. I could eat off just the salad bar and be happy. The only draw back is it is always so busy there is quite a wait.

Finally got to try this place. Heard many good things about it. Was told to get there early as it gets busy. When we got there, it was very busy and we waited for about two hours. Service was good and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Salad bar was good. Many options to pick from. Blue cheese dressing was excellent. Sadly I was not impressed with my ribeye steak. Was expecting top notch as I've heard so many great things over the years. I always give a place a second chance. I might go back again someday but the long wait is exhausting.

Excellent food steak was so tender you it melted in your mouth. I had the large tenderloin Lil pricier but well worth the money. Compared to other supper clubs hands down best in the valley!

Years ago this location was very good. i was there tonight and way overpriced with ok food and drinks. Wait time was 2 hours. Internet has destroyed this location and the food and service they delivered years ago. Go if you must but really no longer delivers. 7 dollar old fashioned and 40 dollars + for a queen prime rib is way to much for this area and a supper club. Owners are crushing it on revenue I'm sure But does not deserve the high rating. Get out and try other locations people And you can find much better.
