It was my 1st visit to a Firehouse Sub. I got the medium Italian on white. Omg it was so yummy. The 2 guys that were working were also great, I also loved the decor. I will definitely be back...❤️❤️❤️

Stopped this morning. Terrible and cold steak n cheese sub. Actually surprised we didnt get sick. Chairs still up on tables but yet crumbs all over floor.

Usually disappointed with service. My wife was ignoring after ordering and staff was just standing around talking while no one prepared her order.They forget to add pickles with sandwiches about 2 out of 3 times.The app is terrible.We avoided take out from here.

Ask for no onions everytime, and I get onions. You double prices, then hire someone who can at least read directions. And no, not tipping your workers to do their job, tipping is for getting service, they don't refill my drinks, don't bring my food to me, don't clean up the table, they are highschoolers who clearly can't read, and lack any social skills because they are buried in their phones, been this way for the last year, your management is clearly lacking the necessary skills to hire and manage decent workers

Went there about 5pm today for a sub to bring home. Only 1 guy working. After about 10 minutes of standing there he tells me that he's the only one there and has over a 1/2 hour backlog of orders before he could get to mine. Is there no manager to pick up the slack? Ridiculous. I went 1/2 mile away to Jersey Mike's. 5 staff working and got my order right away. Someone at Firehouse has to figure this out. It will be a long time before I go back.

The absolute worst! I have been ordering Firehouse subs on Christmas Eve for years. I placed an order two days before Christmas Eve. I initially called the Oneida Street location; the lady who answered said in the bitchiest voice: "we're not taking any more orders". When I called the Howard location, the guy who took my order seemed nice enough and told me they were still taking orders for Christmas Eve. I place my order, confirmed the date and time and was happy to know I would have two party platters for my Christmas Eve party. Fast forward to Christmas Eve. My husband arrives around 3:15. I was told they were open until four. He calls me frantically to let me know they are closed and didn't look like they were open at all that day. Keep in mind I had tried calling that location several times earlier in the day to confirm my order. There was never an answer and no voicemail. We had to scramble to pull something off. I called fire house today and was given Jeru's (the manager) phone number. I call him and he's rude telling me that they waited until after four, and that we never picked it up. Of course we know this isn't true. Then he said "well I was told they would be open until four". He then impatiently asked me what I wanted him to do about it and made it a point to let me know he was in the hospital. I told him I would call back in a few days when he's feeling better. He hung up on me. Moral of the story....this place sucks, try Jersey Mike's instead.

This location is so sloppy. The service is slow, and it’s usually manned by several young guys who clearly don’t care about customer service, quality or cleanliness. I’ve been a customer for a while, but I’ll begin taking my business elsewhere. The workers don’t care about customers, so I’m out. ✌?

lazy workers. waited 30 minutes for our food and they couldn’t even make them correctly. not only that, but people who ordered after us got their food first. very disappointed in our experience. especially considering we were order number 5 & 6 of the day.

Very very disappointed! I used to go almost every week. Sometimes, more than that. It started out this time. The guy that took our order was less than help full. Both mine and my fiancee sandwich was so full of fat, so little meat. NO PICKLES! VERY SOGGY. I took my sandwich and my fiancee sandwich only used about half the meat. Made a new sandwich and split that with her. Oh, the sandwich was the NEW YORKER on both. The sandwiches were soooo different than usual. I really wish I would have taken them back. So please explain why it's so different? Why no pickle? Why so fatty? For that happening, I can understand why there wasn't many customers in the store. If your company can't figure out what's going on the you all should close your doors! Oh and have a great day. JS

Worst service ever u got teenage worker hang out with there friends an not working an they are cussing slamming thing around dine room is very unclean there is customers that have been waiting over hour for there food if this running a business they are going run to the ground if this does get fixed an u guys out Pickels an meatballs firehouse subs is supposed to be respectable business there is customer that want a refund because they keep make food wrong an u guys have no manger here at all an person here can’t even give refunds out you have a lot disappointed customers there little kids here with there mom an dad now they can’t eat because staff keeps Messing up order

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The cooks were doing absolutely nothing me and my freinds had a 35 minute wait to get our food and it wasn’t even that good.
