Pizza is decent but not the value of a few years ago given price increases. I also don't like that the website automatically adds a 20% tip that you have to manually adjust if you prefer to give some other amount. Let me get this straight: 20% tip for something I pick up at the counter to bake at home? No wonder so many are becoming anti-tip. All costs included, we got a good pizza last week in a nearby restaurant that was slightly less. Also, my grocery store deli prepares a good pizza that is half the cost and they do not expect a tip. I used to go to PM frequently. Now, not so much.

Their pizzas are always good. The only thing that would make it better is if they would add a coupon for a free cookie dough like they do at Minnesota Papa Murphys.

We usually purchase Papa Murphy pizzas, but I went in to order and when I went to pay and handed him a $50 bill. The employee said they don't except any bills over $20. The employee was very nice about it and i dont blame him, but if the company doesn't want my money, I'll go somewhere else to order, that will accept cash. If they turn into a credit card only place, they'll never get another cent from this customer.
