It's not what it used to be. I always remember coming here after a holy hill visit and having home made pies and ice cream. It's a shadow of what it once was. You're basically eating in the entryway of the Cafe. The pies are long gone and the food selection has basically dwindled down to soup, premade sandwiches and light snacks. There are other better options around this area to try after your visit. (Fox and Hounds, Copper Dock, Petries, Joe Mama's, Sawmill Inn, Sloppy Joe's- all great choices!).

Bad sandwich. Lit a candle in the church to mourn the loss of my appetite.

Good food at a reasonable price. It’s a limited menu but it’s enough for lunch. My husband’s tuna sub was excellent and I enjoyed the potato soup. Good coffee.

The cafe at Holy Hill is not implying fine dining, but it is a decant little coffee shop and very convenient. Minimally staffed, almost thought they were closed or had become self service.Wheelchair accessibility: Many stairs to get in, did not notice a ramp.

Waited 25 minutes to pay for a bottle of water. No hustle.

We stopped in for lunch after Mass. They have a good selection of lunch items and very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. They have a nice dining area and friendly staff.

LOVE THIS PLACE! What a nice surprise in very impressive surroundings. We're pretty easy to please and I wouldn't call this "luxurious dining," more like a historic religious cafeteria. The coffee is modern (oat milk, a+ latte), the food is tasty and satisfying and the people working are very sweet. We'd come back any time! (The pumpkin chili is to die for, as is the pie. Yum!)

This place is a hidden gem. Plan on having coffee or lunch here during your visit to the site. I had the pumpkin chili and Ruben sandwich. Both were fresh and very tasty. Food is brought to you by the very kind friars who live there. They have a somewhat limited staff so it can be a bit of a wait if during peak hours. Regardless, it is worth it and I like supporting the site.

Very clean and nice place to get something to eat and drink

I was excited to see the Cafe had a real espresso machine and offered espresso based drinks. However, the morning I was at the Cafe it was nearly empty and understaffed. I waited around for about 5 minutes before someone emerged from he kitchen to take my order. I’m sure in high season this isn’t such an issue.

Only place in the world you can have a piece of Fruit of the Forrest pie. The pie is for sale and worth the trip to Holy Hill. Call for cafe hours. its not open all the time.
