I went here for the first time ever, I absolutely love love love their food, and the service was amazing, and they welcome you with open arms, and heart. I’m definitely going back there again. I truly appreciate them, and their service.

Do you need this place to be able to take time to make your order AND get it wrong? Then this is the place for you and I would NOT waste time visiting them. I guess the convenience fee charged with the order is for me to not be happy with the outcome of this visit.

The bagel breakfast sandwich I had was very good. The bacon jam special ?The only reason for the 3 stars on service was that they were very busy and the wait was long. It also seemed like some folks were cutting the line for food.

Pros: The pastries and donuts were sooooo good! I tried several different kinds of baked goods and loved each one. Way better than most of the other bakeries I've visited in the Western WI/ Eastern MN area (which is, admittedly, a lot)Cons: While I, personally, am willing to pay more for better food, I do want to note that the prices for sweets are a bit higher than many other bakeries. For me, though, it's definitely worth it!Also, when I visited, it was PACKED with people, so the wait in a line was a little long, but again, this is simply a sign that they are doing something right, to have so many customers!I would absolutely go here again... and again!

Stopped by to get a bagel with Hummus today but was told they no longer offer Hummus. Maybe that should be removed from the menu in store and online? Went with a bagel and peanut butter instead. Opened up the wrapper and just a complete mess, peanut butter all over the entire thing. Very disappointed.

I bought 3 donuts, 1 ?, 2cake donuts..The worst ever!!!Dried out tasted 4'5dsys old. $6.00 FOR SQUIRRRL FOOD !!I've bought way better donuts at WAL-MARTFOR A LOT LESS!!

The wait time is ridiculous. I was told you have to wait for 10 minutes while an order was being packed up. I will probably stop coming because they never have enough help. Disappointing for sure….

I was here this morning, I ordered an Asiago bagel with olive pimento cream cheese. The was bagel absolutely amazing, and the customer service was phenomenal! Davon was the man behind the counter, and you can just tell by his friendliness and multitasking skills that he truly cares about providing good service, AND creating delicious food and drinks. I will definitely be back, it was a wonderful first experience at Buddy’s!
