23 TV’s, NCAA Sweet 16, MLB Opening Day, NHL fighting for Playoff spots and can’t get the sound on anything other than Metallica after many requests. March is the greatest time of year for all sports and we used to love coming to BWW for the sports fan atmosphere. Very disappointed how this place keeps spiraling down year after year. Very sad for so many of my friends and family. I feel bad for the awesome servers who bust their a$$ for a company that used to be so awesome.

So the last few times we were here we all are getting our food at different times. Not just like let me run back and grab your plate because I can only carry 2 at a time. It's like 5 plus minutes apart. Out server was fun and had a lotta energy, food was good. Just wish I could have eaten it while it was hot waiting for everyone else to get their food.

So dang noisy! You can't carry on a conversation!We were encouraged to use the QRC code to order and receive 10% off. After many unsuccessful attempts, we still were unable to connect. The server was completely oblivious as how to fix the issue. When we asked about getting the 10% off even though it wasn't our fault we couldn't access the order system, she still wasn't sure how to handle the situation and said she can't give it unless we went through the QRC process.FOOD: we had boneless wings. The sauce was excellent. But, where's the chicken?! I ate 3 boneless wings and barely saw chicken. The breading was so incredibly tough and hard, I actually thought I was going to break a tooth. It physically hurt my teeth trying to chew them.We are completely done with BWW. We used to put up with the noise because we loved a specific salad. They no longer have the salad. There is absolutely nothing there good enough to make us want to return.

It can be slow but, it's also almost always packed. Otherwise, always great food and friendly service.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a parking spot and ramped sidewalk.
