Over 30 minute wait on Saturday morning for 2 coffees. Only 2 people on staff and 1 is new new. Nice ladies but shame on management.

Love many things about Caribou coffee. We don't have any around where I live except for possibly one 20 miles away.. I love the humor they have put into it, the creativity, the colors, and I'm in love with the multi mocha! Very helpful and friendly staff and clean cafe.
Visited this caribou this morning for the first time. I grew up coming to caribou and worked at multiple caribous throughout high school and college. I’ve never been treated so poorly by employees. The employee said, “well, we’re busy right now so that’s too large of an order” when I said I don’t mind waiting she said “well you need to wait a long time.” Then, she proceeded to tell other employees not to fill our coffees until other customers were served. My husband and I were the only two people of color in the store at this time. Getting our morning coffee for us and a few others felt pointed, charged, and racially motivated. I will not be coming to any caribou again in the future and will encourage my social circle to stay away also.

Placed an order at the wrong location, called up and asked if theres any way they could void it and the woman on the phone said “that one is on you” and promptly hung up. Definitely avoiding this one next time I’m out in HudsonUpdate: contacted corporate. got my money back. if youre in the same situation i wouldn’t be surprised if you have to invest as much time as I did, especially if manager Liv is working.

Picked it up from the counter after having to ask if this was my drink, no one said it was ready. Haven't touched it yet & it looks like I've taken five sips already..
