Ooooooofff. I gave this place 3 shots lately. Had to leave every time. I live close by in RCC so I wanted it to work. 3 times I walked in and was told they were “under staffed” and asked to leave. Something is really wrong here with staffing and management/ownership. Get it together please!

I ordered a Bowl of soup with a small sandwich. I notified the gal taking orders the she charged me for a bowl and gave me a cup. Her response was “Oh no”.No offer to replace, no I’m sorry, no offer to correct the charge. Just a dumbfounded “Oh no”!Service since the new owner has been terrible. I think I’m done going there for good. I keep giving them chances and they continue the same stuff with wrong orders, wrong size, don’t hold the Mayo etc. Poor quality this past year.

Best ever! Love their gluten-free bread! Excellent service at this Hudson Erberts & Gerberts. The staff were super friendly and professional. The sandwiches were excellent! We love the Comet Morehouse. Everything was super clean. If we lived closer, we would go here way too often. ? I love buying these to-go to eat later; they are always tasty later on, too.

Order wasn't ready for the pick up time provided so had to wait a bit. Sandwiches seemed to be lacking something. They had no flavor. The one with oil and vinegar was all oil and very messy.

My issue isn’t with the food because the sandwich was fine. I ordered online so I didn’t have to haul my infant daughter into the store in her carrier while it’s cold. On the side of the building in the window is a big sign stating, “ Curbside pickup: upon arrival call (insert stores telephone number).” When I arrived I called and a woman answered. I told her I was here for my curbside pick up. She then ask if I can come inside the establishment. I said “No, i have my infant in the backseat.” At this point she says in an annoyed tone “I guess I’ll get someone out there.” A young man comes out and proceeds to tell me “Normally we don’t do curbside pick up and you’ll have to come in next time.” I looked at him puzzled and said, “well what about the sign in your window as I pointed to it.” He replies, “oh I guess I’ve never really noticed that before.” Moral of my review is if you don’t offer something take your sign down so people aren’t confused. It was really just an annoying situation.

I visited today(3/10/2023) around 1:30pm, there was only 1 employee working "the manager". That is ridiculous, he had the lunch rush and trying to take orders over the phone. I can't believe the owner or corporate would allowed this for this young man to work by himself!!! He did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!! What if someone comes in and does him harm!!!The owner or corporate seems like they don't care for their employee. I would be ashamed of that!!! They are just greedy for money!!! Lisa
