Doug, Garrison and Wyatt had my family’s safety at the forefront today! It was our first Five Guys experience since our celiac diagnoses and we had a great meal- nobody got sick. We had lettuce wrapped burgers, fries and milkshakes. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

This isn't anything against 5 guys, but this location specifically. Every other locations make delicious smash burgers. Both times I've eaten at this location I've gotten grey undercooked meat with pink in the middle. Burger so greasy the bread is mush and inedible. First time I got a refund. This time I just walked out after two bites of that horrid mess. A huge waste of money.

I was taken here by the guy driving on a return trip. The burger was greasy - so much that the bun bottom fell apart. I had a cheeseburger, small fries, and a small drink. My total was just under $19! Personally, I won't be back.

Waaaayyy over priced. Honestly, I don't understand the hype over this chain. I can't say anything bad about the food. The burgers are pretty good, and the fries are ok, but seriously, how can you charge that much? If it was a gourmet burger at a nice sit down, ok, I get it. But this is a fast food joint. There is nothing gourmet about it.

That was the most disgusting burger I've ever eaten. Also, they don't tell you that the regular burger is a double burger and the meat is just a pile of grease. Absolutely revolting without any char on the patties at all. Smashburgers should be a little bit crispy. They should not be slimy and dripping everywhere. I just threw mine away.The guy's working there were super nice though.

Well, in July I ordered about $50 worth of food via doordash. The dasher did not pick up the correct order from the store and also even delivered the wrong food to the wrong house (awesome ). I called about an hour and a half after placing my order and spoke with someone with a speech impediment (for identifying purposes in case the manager sees this) who said "oh yeah I see your food right here (confirming that it was never picked up). I don't know how to cancel it but I'll have the manager call you in the morning" never happened. I called five guys customer service and was told it would be refunded in 3-5 days. Never happened. Got an email from the manager that said no refund because they said they dropped it off... even though it was not at my house or even the right food!! Tried to contact back and never heard anything. Called doordash, they apologized and issued a refund to the store for my $50 and took fault for the claim... the manager STILL did not issue the refund despite doordash giving them money to give me. Called the customer service number 4 times in total being told every time it would be taken care of until they finally said "it's up to the manager and if he's refusing there's nothing we can do". So... they stole $50 from and I never got my food. I even disputed with my CC company and was told they have to take the managers word. I never even got to speak with the manager directly. See photo for email from "Garrison" stating door dash delivered my food. I spoke with an employee confirming that that was not my order... nor my house. This was months of back and forth...
