I love Jimmy John’s, but I swear I have an issue ordering every single time. This time they forgot my Diet Coke, once they forgot all the meat in my sandwich. I believe in tipping 20% but if you don’t, they take forever with your order and don’t care. I think from now on I’ll stick with Erbert’s and Gerbert’s or visit the river falls location. I spent over $17 with tip and didn’t even get my entire order.

DELIVERY ORDERS BEWARE... They use apple maps... dun dun dun... I've had several interactions with the staff after Apple maps took them to the neighboring townhouses *cough* Kat/Skylar *cough*... The staff is always very apologetic and I get a good laugh out of the embarrassment... Staff personalities 10/10... Sense of direction -10/10

They don’t follow their posted hours. Sign said they were open til 9 PM on Thursday night, but doors were locked and employees cleaning up at 8:45 PM.

In the top 3 sub shops in Hudson. Fast and friendly. I recommend their in-house delivery over apps. Much better quality and speed than any metro JJ.

I put in an order today at 12:20pm and didn't receive it until 1:47pm. I've had it where it has taken a half hour plus but an hour and twenty seven minutes is not "Freaky Fast". I'm a bit disappointed. Not sure how Jimmy Johns can keep this from happening again but there has to be a better system. BTW I only ordered a little john combo for $12 and included a $5 tip for the driver.

They shorted my order for the second time this week. Then the guy that picked up the phone hung up on me when confronted about it. He said he would have another one out shortly and hung up. He didn't ask for any of my information, so I will update if it shows up. ( I find this unlikely)Edit. They came. I called at 136 and they showed up at 220 with a new sandwich.

I was delivered a smashed sandwich that was definitely made with the day old bread, tough as leather. I don’t know what they did to squish it but this thing was less than an inch thick. Jacked up to the point where it was certainly intentional.I suspect it’s because i didn’t tip with the card as i was planning on giving a cash tip, normally I’ve done card tip and haven’t had issues.I’ve had a lot of bad Jimmy John’s but this really takes the cake, hence the review. If someone there ****** my lunch because they “thought” i wasn’t tipping they should be fired.Check #71 from today if management wants to get involved.Order from here if your fine with tipping enough to buy premium food anyways because they’ll probably **** with it if you don’t.
