These gals are some of the cheeriest girls you’ll ever meet on an early morning!Their coffee Is phenomenal . We lived in Hudson for years before I even noticed this shop ??♀️??♀️Once we did we never turned back! Everything is always done perfectly and tastes delicious! And I love that they partner with sweet beet bakery! (Because I miss their shop downtown)

So first I have to say that normally this place is amazing, we live in the twin cities and whenever we cross the border and Joe to Go is open we stop there because their coffee is outstanding, which is why this morning was so disappointing. We got Hawaian Dreams, a favorite, but both our coffees were under flavored, at first we thought maybe they hadn’t been stirred or mixed, but a lot of juggling in the car and stirring with a straw did nothing to improve it. The coffee had a bitter after taste too, when previously I would say their coffee is the smoothest I had ever tasted. We also ordered a cruller, it was so sad: dry, flavorless, and the glaze was nearly liquid so an absolute mess. I noticed that they had Sweet Beet Bakery products instead of Bread Art, This place is not it, normally I don’t order bakery with my coffee, but previously their items were so good we would here , but after trying something from this new bakery I wouldn’t in the future. There was a barista that I had never seen before today, given that we aren’t super regular customers I can’t say if they were just starting out or not. I am posting with the hope that the next time we come back we will have the outstanding coffee and experience, which we have become accustomed to.

My gf and I have only been dissapointed in the coffee once out of the many times we've been there, but it still wasn't even bad.
Stopped here on the way out of the Twin Cities. My expectations for a drive-thru coffee spot in a parking lot were low and I could not have been more wrong. Everything on the expansive menu looked great but I settled on one of the monthly specials. Best description would be “perfect”. Perfect sweetness, perfect amount of espresso, perfect temperature even! The barista was friendly and did not make me feel rushed, she even let me try a house made strawberry-lemonade for being a first time customer and that was delicious. I am already looking forward to stopping here again in the future. Must visit!
