Asked for extra crispy chicken, they said it would be too long so I had to have regular. Whatever, chicken is chicken. Opened the box and it was so dried out it looked like it was from a few days ago. Couldn't eat it. Pretty disappointed.oh, couldn't use the high chair for my child as it was very dirty and crusty. Do better hudson kfc!

How have people not signed a petition to have this location removed?! Worst location I’ve ever been to. Dirtiest KFC. Slowest KFC. The food was absolutely horrible, cold and was like it was sitting out for hours. To boot, the customer service was non existent.
Every time i go here, i manage to get the same lady in the drive though and every single time she is in a foul mood and is incredibly rude. I’ve had multiple poor encounters with this staff member over the course of a few years. Last night(dec 20th) I ordered a bucket of chicken which comes with four sides and i got 3 mashed potatoes and mac and cheese and then someone texted me between the ordering thing and the window to ask if i could get coleslaw too. I figured id just ask if the bucket came with any coleslaw when i got to the window cuz sometimes food places just add coleslaw for no reason and if it didn’t i was gonna ask if we could still add it to the order(there was no one behind us so we weren’t holding up the drive thru at all) and the lady goes “Well i ASKED you what you wanted for your sides already” with the rudest voice I’ve ever gotten and I was just dumbstruck because i had been nothing but polite to this woman. 0/10 would not recommend this location until something is done about the dragon lady in the drive thu. I was not surprised to see a number of other people in the reviews here with similar things to say.

The food is exactly what you expect it to be, hot and ok for what it is. I always got the buffet. Tables and floors are not always the cleanest and staff isn't the most attentive at refilling the buffet or cleaning up. If you are craving KFC come here, but otherwise close somewhere else to eat.Parking: Small parking lot with plenty of spaces

I had kfc 3 days ago and i still haven't recovered i had 1 piece of chicken, it tasted old and reheated, sauce tasted expired spent $40 and ate 2 pieces out of a 8 piece... we didnt even want to continue finishing the food, kind of disappointed w this location.
