Pizzas were amazing. Cecilia was our waitress and she was amazing! Definitely worth the hour drive. We will be back.

Great Caribbean food with a comfortable atmosphere that makes me want a Margarita as I walk in, the Yucatán Stew is the best thing I have had in a long time, (it might be Spicy) to some but the heat and flavor balance nicely to me, with great service and the food like it is no wonder you might have to wait for a seat it's totally worth it!

San Pedro is one of our faves! We live in MN, but drive almost an hour to eat here. We love it so much we decided to do our baby gender reveal here as a family. The waitress we had that day was great (didn’t catch her name). The staff made the moment very personal. We always recommend San Pedro’s!

When we walked in today, for the first time, the feeling was very warm and almost exotic. We were seated immediately and called "friends" the entire time! That was nice, made us feel welcome! I ordered a coffee and my husband just a water, so nothing to comment on fancy beverages they have available! For brunch, my husband chose the brunch enchiladas and I chose the Island Omelet. SO GOOD! I have not had "Caribbean" food and wasn't sure what to expect! But when I tell you it was delicious, I mean it! The omelet has chorizo sausage, cheese, veggies, and is covered in a delicious sauce! It comes withCaribbean beans and rice! And the cranberry toast with marmalade- THE BEST!!!! I am so happy to be taking leftovers home!!! We will be back!

All around 5 star. Service can be iffy on Friday and Saturday when it's crazy busy. Don't be in a rush to eat here the food to too good

Our waiter Cole was great. We visited on a Sunday night and in the outside room. Ribs and Jamaican Chicken were amazing. Food came out hot and timely. Cole did a great job even though he had a a lot of tables. Love the Spicy Chicolate desert!

If you’re reading this review and haven’t eaten here yet, ask yourself why? What’s holding you back, the Minnesota winter or slow start to summer? This place is outstanding and if you have been to the real San Pedro in Belize, you’ll totally get this menu. If you haven’t, well they still have other more standard stuff including excellent barbecue chicken pizza. The jalapeño blood orange margarita and the angry mule drinks are must have if you like a spicy drink. I’m thrilled that this place continues to do well in little old Hudson and keeps serving amazing drinks and food.Edit: Feb 2024, still fantastic. The shrimp ceviche was a little off, maybe the shrimp was not fresh, but otherwise everything was excellent including the drinks and chicken mole enchiladas.
Great food and service . I haven't had anything I didn't live here. The service is always fast and the servers have been friendly

Small little place in the heart of downtown Hudson Wisconsin. Came here after a hockey game with a very hungry hockey player and was not disappointed. The food is great and very reasonable on the price side too. I was actually shocked with how much we ordered abs how cheap the bill was. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and even when it's busy they do not forget about you. I will definitely come back as this place is a staple. Only gripe I have is there is no waiting area and it is kind of small.

San Pedros is our favorite restaurant in Hudson. Everything on the menu is amazing and the drinks are great, too! It's typically very busy on the weekends, so make sure to give yourself extra time to get your name on the waitlist and then check out some of the cute shops until they text you that your table is ready. It's worth the wait!

Always love this place. Usually go on busy weekends, was kind of nice to enjoy on a quieter weekday. Blood orange jalapeño margaritas is the best.

The food was fine. We were looking for something more authentic. The ceviche: under-seasoned and the texture was wrong. Honestly it’s what your midwestern grandma would make and call ceviche. The conch corn chowder: fine. The blackened fish tacos: the fish was dry and the accompaniments were bland. The service was prompt and friendly. The interior is clean. Random side note…I did notice that they had some rare whiskies on the shelf at the bar.
