Horrible service! The woman manager is so rude. She served us burnt pretzel bites and expired cheese. Refused to replace order and cussed us out when asking to fix it. Wouldn't suggest eating at this dirty place.

The amount of food in the cups in the display is not what you will get! I ordered the cinnamon pretzel nuggets and the employee shamelessly took 3 nuggets out of my cup and placed them in another one before handing it to me. You’d think for paying $12, they’d be okay with sparing 3 nuggets but guess not.

Second time I’ve gone and asked for a pretzel and a large lemon aid. Both times they’ve just given me what ever they wanted…. I got pretzel bites and no lemon aid….? I’ll go to Madison’s location from no on.

The workers are rude and I had to wait ten minutes while they were on FaceTime with someone from their family and while she was checking me out she literally burped at me. AND one of my pretzels was burnt but the others were like not cooked all the way. Overall just rude people never going back there. Lost a loyal customer.

I went to the mall with 5 children, all wanted a pretzel. I asked for original pretzels and they actually told me no, only pretzel bites. I said I'd wait and they still just rang me up for the pretzel bites. Fine. I ordered 4 cups of them, and 5 cheeses and I ordered a lemonade. I ordered it all before ever paying. There were two adults and a younger girl working, the girl looked to 14 or 15. The two adults yelled at each other the entire time I was there and paying. When I left, after paying for everything, about 10 minutes later the woman (owner I now know) hunted me down and showed me the receipt and told me the girl forgot to ring up one cheese and the lemonade. I looked at her astonished that she hunted me down for this. I was not given a receipt when I paid, and that was ok, but to hunt me down over a lemonade and a cheese after I just spent $35 on the rest of the stuff. After finishing at the other store, the owner walked me back aggressively to her pretzel stand almost shouting in my face that I had to pay. After explaining to her that this was not my error, and she had some nerve to come find me after I left, and then want to charge me extra to run my card again, I gave back the extra cheese and lemonade which were already open. I will NEVER go there again and had several people who saw all of this happen come tell me how rude that whole interaction was on the part of the owner. Very unprofessional. Will NEVER go back! We actually left her stand and went to the one across from them to purchase drinks and a side of cheese rather than give her another penny! Terrible service, terrible that they wouldn't even make us the actual pretzels even though I was willing to wait. Terrible atmosphere. Just a terrible owner and business ethic as a whole!

The lady that took my order was incredibly rude. As i’m waiting to pay, the card reader had not lighten up yet for me to insert my card. The lady screamed at me for not inserting my card in when the card reader clearly wasn’t ready for my card to be entered. I yelled at her for yelling at me and all she said was ‘ well you weren’t listening, how else am i supposed to get your attention ‘ while laughing at me. She didn’t say a thing to me before the card reader. Not to mention the place is filthy and gross. I’m certain the lady was picking her nose when we walked up too.

The lady seriously kept trying to make us buy things we didn't ask for. She even tried to charge us for extra sauces thinking we wouldn't notice. Then acted all put off when we told her all we wanted was the pretzels, the pretzels are good but unless you want to be hounded and forced to argue about items you don't want avoid this vendor.
