Just went there I ordered a double whopper with cheese they gave me a single whopper with no cheese,took it back in n got a attitude from the manager n a worker n they claim I was being disrespectful to them very poor service n I waited 20 minutes to get my double whopper

Depending on the time of day you go is the key. Their gm is drunk most of the time so the complaints I've been reading really goes to show how long the gm isn't worthy of being gm. She leaves early everyday leaving the management to do the gms work. the reason behind all the negative things that I see on here are all from the gms (plural) not being gms and doing whatever they want (gms).

I'm not sure why this one has such negative reviews, except they're all older reviews? Maybe it was under different management then. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this B.K.! If you're in the mood for Burger King, I've never been inside of here, but I've hit up their drive thru multiple times, both for breakfast and for their impossible burgers, and had zero problems! Food is always fresh, warm, I have never had a problem with my order, they've never told me they're out of anything. One time the coffee was a bit burnt, but that's literally the worst thing I can say about it? And it's Burger King in Wisconsin, where the prices are higher than they should be for what you're getting, but that has zero to do with this location. The staff is nice, the food is good. If you haven't been to this one in a bit, and you typically dig Burger King food, you should absolutely stop here! I've never been craving French toast sticks or an impossible burgie and regretted going here, and I don't think you will either, for whatever you're getting!

Wish I didn't have to specify that I want my food fresh for it to be warm or good. But other then that I always enjoy a trip here..Vegetarian options: They have the Impossible Whopper, which is a veggie burger. It is just like the Whopper, but with a burger patty made from a meat alternative provided by Impossible Foods. And to my surprise, it actually tastes pretty darn good. It was first introduced in the United States in 2019 and was made available in Canada in 2021.

How is this place even open? If you ask the staff any questions they respond with " I don't know, I just work here." And my personal favorite " do you want it or not." Oh and let me add the " We don't have time to deal with you." Followed by the "ooh girl" that one of the staff likes to say to let you know she is upset and wants to what, try not to hit you? I came here once and NEVER again. Tried to report it and Milton Ave said they couldn't help. Gave me the number to the owner who would not pick up or call back. Nice. Food was not done. And got a contact high from the cook in the parking lot. Pass unless you want to waste your time and money, and leave with an ulcer.

I would give this particular Burger King a flaming NEGATIVE 10 score!!!! Never, ever has a burger been done my way!!!!! Why are they even there? Half the time they're not open. The other half...they're RUDE and INCOMPETENT!!!
I have worked in food industry in the past, and today we had the most unpleasant customer service ever! Had a question on why she rang up bacon dbl cheeseburger meals, as it came up to 18.00 when they were $6.00 deals, as soon as I told her the mistake she completely snapped on us and even told us to shut up when we weren't even talking at this point! Ended up driving away as we were disgusted by this reaction! We will be getting a hold of corporate as of course no manager was in on Sunday

I've gone to the location on Center ave and Kellog for my fiance's lunch numerous times over the last year. It tends to be very hit and miss, but more recently they've REALLY gone downhill. Today for example, I asked for my food to be made fresh because the last few times it hasn't been very good. Being in management in the restaurant industry I know damn well they didn't even attempt to make the food fresh. There is zero pride in their work at this location. Will not be stopping again.

Says the headsets are down n to please come in ... park get my toddler out go in stand there for a good 5 minutes no one comes looks to where i could see the kitchen some one on their phone tried multiple times to get her attention but was just ignored happened on 3/6/23 at 0825 left w.o being served
