We came for a 5-year-old birthday. She had a great time, which is what matters most. The adults, however, we're not pleased. We had to wait at the front door for a few minutes to be greeted, despite being the only ones there. The child was wearing a birthday crown, but the staff never said happy birthday. The woman working did not even speak to us or smile a single time. She was not friendly at all. We did not even bother to get food or stay any longer because of the unfriendly service.

We spent a lot of money and the food was terrible. The wings were cold. Not a very friendly staff. First time there, that was not a good first impression. My one year old was not stamped on his hand thank God we had him with us the whole time. But I thought the stamps were for kids safety and to make sure no one walks out with your kid. Will not be returning.

Food is just okay.It has gotten really crappy over the years. The breadsticks aren't as good, and they did away with the ham and cheese sub. That was the best thing they had the pizza blows

Wife and I took kids it was real nice clean we weren't from area but Tina at front desk was extremely helpful and great at her job and the other three workers on staff Kenzie Nene Abbie were friendly and helpful so thanks for the great customer service and clean environment fun times kids loved it.Kid-friendliness: Have a kids only section great for little kids

The mouse was broken and COVID killed the ball pit, but not a bad kid's arcade.
The woman working the counter was amazing. She was kind and fast it made the experience that much better. It was clean and there is a variety of games for the kids ranging 2 to 6. The pizza was delicious as well. We will be bringing the kids back for some more fun.

Salad bar was disgusting & the gal stocking it scoffed at me. I paid for the salad bar yet never touched it due to it all looking completely gross. The jalapeños had a white glazing as did the bacon. It was white ? I know, it was my fault as I should have looked at it b4 purchasing yet salad bars that I am accustomed to are stocked with fresh delicious food.

Paid for the ultimate birthday party package. Had no plates, no silverware, no host.missing package items. Then was informed that one of the cakes they did not have. Many of the games were out of order. Several drink choices were out as well. And no one watching the door when people were leaving. Then a lady was trying to hug all the kids...
