We had a great experience here today. All the staff were in such a good mood. We received "Welcome in!", "Let me grab some ketchups for you", "Thanks for coming, have a great day". Lots of smiles. It was nice to have such a positive atmosphere at a fast food restaurant. Will stop in again.

I’m writing a review because I’m tired of never getting my order rightI paid $7 for a medium blizzard that I requested and paid for extra toppingsI actually got LESS than normal toppings. There was only a few on topThe bottom 80% of my cup was just ice creamThis is the third time is happened. As price are so high for anything take out you’d think this business would tighten ship a bit.

It really makes guests feel welcome when you order, they don't take it the way your ordered it, refuse to give you a 50 cent ranch with out a receipt. You taking my order wring is not my fault. My son's cheeseburger was also made wrong. In the future have you conversations with your team about the poor service after we leave please. I'm not sure how old that chili cheese hot dog was but the only thing edible was my banana split. Thanks for the great teip dairy queen. That's why we eat at Culver's.

Our cones came out a little bit oddly shaped as if the staff hadn't been trained properly. Although some people might like a chocolate dipped cone that looks more like the p*** emoji than the classic high swirl.

So 630 may not have been the best time of day to try and get food. I normally would not come here for food, but on a whim decided to attempt to use one of the coupons I recieved in the mail. All I wanted was a 6pc tenders basket. The staff had no issues taking the seemingly ridiculously sized orders ahead of me, which is certainly a bonus and always appreciated. So I place my order as prompted to do so, as well as let them know I have a coupon for said order. And then simply left ignored. No confirmation, no total, no questions. Just silence. So needless to say... Guess who got no food? If you guessed me you are quite correct and I will sadly be taking my business elsewhere from now on

We visited your establishment tonight for dinner. We placed our order and sat. As we waited we watched 1 employee on video chat which is fine. However we then watched another female employee walk over and then the camera to show her a** off.... And walk back to continue working. We got our food but is was not our food. I went up tp say we were missing stuff as my husband started to eat his fries. The kid cooking in back tells the kid up front he has not even started our order yet. They in fact gave us 2 younger girls tray by mistake. The kid comes out takes they tray off our table i joked saying we could just take it for lunch. He proceeded to go back put the food on a different tray and take it to the girls. What a disgrace to have to watch. At that point i honestly didn't even want to eat at this establishment. And will never return again

Food wasn’t very good. Ended up eating the burgers without the bun since the bun was so hard you could tap on it. A $12 fast food burger should at least be edible. The always used to be delicious, but very disappointing the last two times.
