Absolutely miserable experience tonight. Usually a solid place, but tonight was as bad as it gets. I waited over 30 minutes after ordering, the guy in front of me said he’d been there 20 before me. The place was packed and no food was being turned out. The 2 girls behind the counter looked completely lost, food was coming out out of order, they had to keep asking everyone what they were waiting for, it was just all bad. Far below firehouse standards. Very disappointed.

Service was rude and unwelcoming. Made to feel like we were a bother being there even though it was a pick up order and we gave ample time before arriving. Forgot 2 of our sides. For the price we paid, very disappointed. Sandwiches were delicious but will not be back due to forgetting the sides and making us out to feel unwelcome.

This firehouse subs needs more employees. They took over 25 mins to make my sandwich and had so many people waiting for there orders. The lady at the front needed to stop taking orders or they were going to be behind. I was just all in all disappointed with the service and the wait time due to

This place needs a good cleaning. Floor was filthy in the dining area, doors were dirty and the windows hadn't been washed. The men's bathroom had feces on the toilet seat, sink was dirty as well as the floor. It is obvious that there is not a daily cleaning routine here as the filth was more than a day old. We watched a guy spray a table to clean it and the rag was just as gross as the floor. Business should be clean before you open the doors. A clean bathroom reflects on the business. We will not be back.

The employee that waited on me looked as if a cat sleep on his shirt for a week and the he put it on to go to work. The soda machine had not been cleaned for weeks was sticky and stained. I had the smokehouse sandwich it was just microwaved meat with barbecue sauce no lettuce or other veggies. I have had better food and service at gas stations.

I generally love Firehouse subs but the one here in Janesville leaves something to be desired. I always order my sandwich without the side pickle and the ALWAYS put the pickle in there. Except the time before this when I called and told them I ordered without the pickle. The lady I talked to laughed at me for calling and said yeah, it says no pickle on the order. Tonight, I ordered no pickle and of course it was there. I called them and the manager hung up on me. My husband called back and was told by the manager it was the fault of DoorDash that there was a pickle and hung up on him twice. There is NO customer service left apparently and I will not order from the Janesville Firehouse subs again, Either on DoorDash or in person!! It makes me sad but it is what it is. Good bye firehouse subs!
