Stopped in for breakfast and if was great. All our food was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly. The store was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. Hope this location never closes!! Their burgers are great also. Highly recommend them.

Took me 15 minutes there to get a grilled chicken in a kid's hamburger. The old man who's at the window told me it takes that long cause he's old and he doesn't want to work there, so you guys need to get your acts together. They're otherwise I won't come back ever again.

I just got off work and realized my sister sent a text saying that a hot ham and cheese sounded really good. I decided to stop on my way home and surprise my sister with her craving. There were only two cars ahead of me and the old guy that works drive through says he'll be with me as soon as I can. I called my sister and while I was on the phone he comes over the speaker and says again he will be with me as soon as he can. I wasn't even talking to him! It was freezing cold and snowing and I'm just sitting there with my window down waiting for him to take my order. I was talking to myself getting a bit impatient because, I'd been sitting there for a while and I was getting cold. He comes over the speaker says he's there's by himself and that as soon as he's done with the car in front of me he will get to my order. What he meant was that there was only one other person working and was waiting for the cook to completely finish making the food before taking my order. He doesn't give me a total and just tells me to pull around. I get up to the window and I see he's not alone but, trying to be the bigger person I tried to apologize even though he was listening to my phone call and even though I'd been waiting for a long time just to get my order taken. I tried to explain that from the speaker I have no way of knowing how many people are staffed. He cut me off and said it was okay people scream at him all day and it just blends in.Not once did I raise my voice. Then he goes on to say that he's 68 years old and working alone says he's gotta go, closes the window in my face and rushes off. I get home, my Frisco burger has very little mayo on it and was dry so I spent $16 on two sub par sandwiches and very rude service. I got off work at 7 got to the drive thru at 7:10 and pulled away at 7:30! Now I'm going to put a blunt truth out there. #1 the fact that your company doesn't staff enough people is NOT my problem. #2 the fact that you have to work fast food at 68 has nothing to do with me. It's YOUR life choices that put you there. I've spent a lot of money there but, it will be a very long time if ever that I go back.

There is one friendly girl who works in drive thru in the afternoon who wears all the bracelets. I think she should get an award. She is holding it all together on her own with a skeleton crew. Other than that, it was one of the worst experiences of my life. One of my orders was missing and I was overcharged. I went back later after work to either get my money back, get a future discount, or my food since the same thing was on my receipt twice (which I showed the manager, Mark or Mike?) The manager was the rudest person I ever met. He treated me like a criminal and like no one has ever had their order wrong before. HE said what do you want and not what can I do for you? although the line was dead and I was interfering with no customers. I didn't have time to check my order earlier in the day because I was eager to get back to my job and when I looked in the bag I was robbed 5 dollars of my Christmas cash. He proceeded to mumble many things under his breath as he gave my money back including saying "I have never seen you in my life and you just pull up!" and as I left "Now the register is short," which, I guarantee you, if you do a complete inventory investigation, it probably balances out. Either that, or someone else went off with free food, but he gave the coldest stare as I pulled away. I hope a district manager sees this and they get a new store manager. Though the day girl who was on Jan. 26 may have messed up my order, she was running the shift alone (from my observation) with all smiles and I feel loved and appreciated every time she works that day. I will not be coming back so I hope she gets a promotion or an award so something good will come of this.

Hadn't been in years, the Mushroom Swiss was the most disgusting thing I have tried to eat in a long time. The Swiss was more like a cheese sauce with diced mushrooms. Reminds me of cream of mushroom soup. The burger itself was cooked fresh and well seasoned. The fries were fresh. The total bill for a small meal deal, a single bacon cheese burger, and small fry was almost 23. Way to expensive.

We cane through the drive thru yest between 1 and 130 pm is my closest guess. The lady taking orders had thick blackish hair with white in the ponytail. It was very windy so she could not understand us. Let's just say she was not happy about that! We finally get our food. My daughter had said yes to a medium combo she got a small. We get on the interstate and she finds gobs of hair on her reg. Fries! She has to throw them out the window because it is so gross! I'm trying to drive and afraid to eat any of my food so needing to check every single bite!!! I end up tossing most of my $9.80 meal as I'm grossed out! Her meal was a Big Hot ham & cheese small fries and small coke! So about 11 bucks for hers! We think we should be reimbursed for our meals. Hardee's has really went down hill! I will be calling corporate if this is not fixed quickly!
