The subs taste good when the employees care. Unfortunately staff is very childish at this location. Even worse when an employee no longer works there's. The upper management likes to "lose" paperwork knowing it's for employees that no longer work there. I've heard staff talk about customers & past employees very disrespectfully. They also don't clean well, there's a nasty mold smell in the store from the drains not being cleaned. gross.

It's has been a year since i was last at Jersey Mikes and I have always had great experiences with both service and food. Went there a couple weeks ago and it was not good at all! what a Total disappointment! this place has gone downhill since i was last there. Their Cookies were the best! I was so looking forward to them. The cookies were super over cooked to the point that they were not edible and i threw them away. My chipotle chicken sandwich was nowhere close to how delicious and tasty it was a year ago. i don't know what's changed but I won't go back
I've had really good subs from here before which is the only reason for two stars. our last visit, both my and my spouse's subs tasted very subpar, and now we've both got food poisoning. will not be going back despite previously good experiences.
