You guys have got to learn to NOT staple the chips bag to the receipt and whole bag.
This is the third time we’ve had this done and now had to fish out a staple of my chip bag.

I ordered a Big John add avocado for lunch and when it arrived there was no meat in the sandwich. I called the store and they offered to remake and send the new one out. I waited an additional 45 min and still no sub. I called again and a different person answered. I explained the situation and he acted as though he couldn't believe they'd deliver a sandwich with no meat. I just requested a refund for it and he seemed reluctant, but said he will refund me. I'm skeptical if I'll actually see that refund and I don't think I'll be ordering from that store again.

I ordered 2 sandwiches, they were "out for delivery" for 30 minutes. They took over an hour to be delivered. This store is 2 minutes from my house. This Jimmy John's is consistently slow.

I was very disappointed with my online order earlier today. I placed the order at 12:13pm and was thinking it would be a bit longer due to the lunch rush. 45 mins later, and my food wasn't delivered yet.I called to see what the hold up was, and I got zero explanation as to why my order wasn't delivered yet. They just wanted the address of where it was supposed to go to, and we're going to deliver it asap. I didn't even get an apology for the delay or anything.The last bit that disappointed me was the fact that I had earned a reward of free chips and they gave me an expired bag of chips. Good thing I got my free stale chips, thanks Jimmy John's. I'll just order from the Milton Ave one from here on out.
What's good? If you need to know, it's similar to subway but you don't tell them what you want while they are making it, you order and you pick it up. It is good food, but sadly they don't have American Cheese. ;(. That's ok though because the cheese if got (whatever it was) was good. It's quiet but for some reason has a lot of workers (I don't know HOW they are hiring with all the workers they seem to have). Overall you have to try Jimmy John's but Subway is the classic. ;)

I waited over an hour for two sandwiches to be delivered. I’m a mile from the store. The tracker said it was done 35 minutes before it was delivered. I could have ordered from Beloit and have had it by now. Called the store twice. Was told they only have one driver and it is what it is. Pretty pathetic honestly.

Waited until about 12:50pm and decided to call them to tell them that I would just come and pick my sandwiches up—however, I called three times and couldn’t get thru—just an automated message stating no one was available. So I decided to head up there. I was about 2 blocks from the store when I receive a notification that my order was out for delivery. I will never order from here again when I’m hangry… learnt my lesson!!…What happened to “FREAKY FAST”???
