Incompetent, immaturity, bad attitudes.Made my sandwich wrong, remade it & left half the fixings in the old sandwich, when I said something about getting it all out on the new sandwich 2 guys laughed & the girl making the sandwich ripped off the wrapper & acted put out & just slapped the rest of the stuff on the sandwich. I was very nice & understanding the whole time until I said thank you & was ignored. Then I mentioned the they could get an attitude, but to remember I paid for the sandwich.Really disappointed to be treated this way as I have come to this location for years & really enjoyed the staff. But unfortunately one moment of being disrespected by staff you are paying to show good customer service & I will not be returning. I know that doesn't really have an affect on you, but just thought you might want to know.

I was going to thank the staff for their quick thinking and thoughtfulness when making a carry out box out of a box they had in back. But after opening my sandwich with a mobile order and seeing that the avo spread and extra turkey I had already paid for was missing. And being allergic to dairy, I asked for no cheese but alas there in fact was cheese. Kaitlyn the assistant manager was less than helpful and attempted to brag about her position in the company so I did not call back a different day to see if anyone else could help me since Kaitlyn would not. After a 8min phone call, I finally got Kaitlyn to agree to remake the sandwich with the stipulation that I bring in the sandwich that was made wrong. When I brought the wrong sandwich in, the guy behind the counter who was remaking the sandwich said I could just toss the sandwich. Kaitlyn said on the phone she would personally remake the sandwich, she did not. Needless to say, my family and I will not be visiting that location again in the future. I’ve never had such a difficult time getting what I paid for

Ordered one sandwich from Court Street.Took over an hour to deliver. The woman driver called me to ask what location she was suppose to go to. She went to the wrong place. When the driver arrived I complained that it took over an hour. She told me if you don't like it don't order from us again. We don't care. Never had a problem before but this was definitely a game changer.

Twice now I've ordered my sub to have sliced pickles on it and they throw me the one on the side. Be meticulous with your order or they'll charge you an extra $1.59 instead of a free sliced pickles option. Why a whole pickle is a side is just weird anyways, must be why they have it so they can charge almost 2 bucks like this. Very shady when people just want sliced pickles in their sub

Stopped in after a three-hour drive to order a turkey sandwich and asked them to cut it in half for my kids. He said no problem....as I received the sandwich I then ask the lady if they cut it in half and she said “no” there were no directions saying it was supposed to be. Really the guy standing right next to you said it would be cut...i gave it back to them and asked them to cut and she made a scene telling me I have an attitude.....very bazaar customer service and very rude people.
Just love Jimmy John's subs. The bread is the best. Very friendly staff too.
