I like this place because? They got Hawaiian Pizza & Pepperoni! But! I don't like the salt! salt is very unhealthy! So! I like Marcos Pizza! So! Nobody works

Tonight was not good service, lacking perfessional service, food was not done by the time predicted on my estimate time from order ended up waiting 10 minutes in store had to drive across town no excuse for the wait. Tables full on cardboard boxes had to stand to wait for order. None of the employees in uniform which didn't make sense, the lady if she was the manager was horrible at her job, it's supper time and was more important folding up pizza boxes then staying behind counter and helping the customers or making food was more important. Tonight was a sad case of poor mangement.

Went last night and looked like they had gotten bombed with orders. I stood up in front and watched the two gentlemen delicate to each other while cutting and packing orders and two ladies just making pizzas after pizzas! They handled themselves so amazingly! Were super polite and greeted every person that came in!!! Just trying to shed some appreciation where it's deserved!

My fsmily had ordered pizza from Marcos on Center Ave. They delivered the wrong pizza. The ticket was correct but everything in box was wrong. Then it took over 10 min to talk to someone to let them Know they messed up. The manager there told me they would send out a new pizza asap but I would have to pay another $4.25 deliver fee.. I Don't think so. I live 1 block away. & They messed up my order bad . This is not the first time the messed up either.. Never Again will I order from there..FYI: Not able to private message Marcos via Facebook messenger and I don't do twitter.

We ordered a pizza from Marco's Pizza and had it delivered and when we got it, the pizza was not ours... The ticket was right but not the pizza so I called them right away and had to wait for about 5 minutes until someone answered... za guy answered and I let him know what happened, so he asked me for my name 3 times and for my number and for whatever reason he said he needed to talk to a manager to get this figured out (3 topping on an XL pizza), so I was again put on hold for another 5 or 6 minutes... He the proceeded to tell me that they would make the pizza and send it out AND was going to charge us the $4.50 delivery fee AGAIN even though it was their fault! I handed the phone to my boyfriend who told him in no uncertain terms that they were not going to charge us the fee because it was their fault and that it should be completely free of charge... The guy hung up the phone on him!!! Apparently this ISN'T the first time this has happened either... Never again will we order from this establishment and we highly suggest you don't either!

It was so-so. I really won't go out of my way for it, but I wouldn't refuse it if it was the only choice. I tried Marcos because another parent from my kids school really pushed to do a fundraiser for the PTO. So I figured; give it a try. I was in the area yesterday and figured it was a good pizza night. I live about 20 miles away; not really a convenient location for me, but since I was in the area I thought I'd try. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza; great quantities of meat, and a pizza with bacon, tomato and cheese. The tomato was a bit soggy; I'd suggest tomato diced vs. slices. I ordered through Yelp- did not know that was an option. Very handy! Yelp worked with GrubHub for the order. I arrived early and watched the pizza maker place the order in the ready area. So I got out of my car went in... ding ding rand the bell. And waited... and waited and waited. The pizza maker saw me and ignored me completely. So I waited more. The delivery person and someone working dough in the back were chit chatting. I tried to step into their view. The lady working the dough finally noticed me. Said, oh... then proceeded to walk to the register; not washing her hands as she had been kneading the dough. Without saying a word, Grabbed a money bag and loaded it up with cash,said here to someone Then.... After all that, busily walked back to the counter area and FINALLY (after about 5-7min) asked me if I was the Grub hub order and my name. Yes; that's me. Handed me my pizza and went back to whatever else. The service was very lacking. I don't plan on returning anytime soon; between the service and really not being anywhere close to my home; it was very inconvenient.

I ordered ahead of time (12:15) for a "promised" time of 12:35. I arrived to pick up my pizzas at 12:37 - I was told my pizzas were "in the oven." I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for 2 pizzas that were clearly not in the oven when I arrived. When I was finally given my order I asked why it was 30 minutes after my promised time and without even apologizing for lying to me and wasting my time I was told they had a big catering order to fill. No offered apology or compensation or reimbursement for the tip I had already paid online. Later when I checked my email I noticed that 13 minutes after I arrived I had received an email saying my order was being made - so again - "not in the oven." Won't be wasting my time or money there again.
