Every single time I go here I'm met with an unreasonable waiting period. They must be either consistently understaffed or just bad at their jobs. There is NO reason I should have to wait over 30 minutes for an order for one AT A FASTFOOD PLACE.

We drive 35 minutes out of our way to go to this McDonald's because our daughter likes the playplace which all of the McDonald's in our area got rid of. They do a good job at this McDonald's. The people are friendly. The place is usually clean. During the Covid years we stopped coming here and I'm glad that's over. Our kids have been playing here while we eat for over 20 years.Bring back salads and grilled chicken for the adults please.

I placed an order for a double quarter cheese w/o pickles . I was asked to pull around cause the meat was being cooked. When I got home and took a bite the bun was burnt. I texted the problem to the number they give you to do so to complain the response was I should of went to Wendy's where there burgers are always fresh never frozen. I said thank you I will. I will never go back to the McDonald's on Court st. In Janesville WI. I have gone there at least 2 to 3 times a week if not more.

Most awful food I've had in years. A BigMac was calling me so I went through the drive thru. Shake machine was down. "It took a crapper." (Exact quote!) Upon reaching home, the hamburger was literally cold (I live 5 miles away!) and the bun was stale. I'll never eat at McDonald's again. And people line up to get this poor food!!! Wow!

The daytime staff is 5 stars! The playground is there best in the area, and its the best McDonald's playland I've been to. When you go later in the day it's when you can run into problems with ordering. But hat's off to a hard working daytime team that will actually take your order. I've worked at McDonald's when I was younger, and it's a HARD job.
Lady working there lied and said my doordash order was only placed for 6 minutes. It's been 40 minutes. She didn't understand anything I said and she was very rude. Said my order wasn't ready but it actually sat for 20 minutes...didn't even bother to tell me I wouldn't receive my shake. Will never order from here again.

This place sucks!!. just close or hire able body people who does their job. Food was cold iced coffees was more like vanilla creamer with a hint of iced tea!! Wow!! The place was dirty dried ketchup on the tables floors felt like maple syrup was used to mop the floors!!

Slow, slow, slow. Only 2 cars ahead of me in drive thru and STILL took 15+ minutes. No straw no sugar in coffee even though I ASKED specifically since there was no label on drin. Disappointing.
