We ordered our food and noticed that an extra large fry was missing. At the speaker we asked him about it and he said he saw the large fry on there but we still didn’t see it. Once we got to the first window he was trying to charge us for a different meal we then said it wasn’t yours and he went to a different order. Then we proceeded to ask about the large fry and he went and got what I’m assuming was his manager. She then asked what we had and we told her then yelled at my boyfriend for asking about the fry. He said she didn’t have to yell at him and she told him to shut up and pay.

Janesville Humes Ave restaurant 8pm, drive thru pretty backed up, food was very good. However, the crew trainer that was taking orders and payments (Sam B) was pretty snarky. Needs some manners.

Messed up my order like always and made it terrible anyway

Specifically asked for extra napkins, plenty of ketchup, and for my breakfast biscuit to have no meat, but put the meat on the side. There was no meat on the side. There was no meat at all. My husband would’ve eaten it, but I was still charged in full Also did not get a straw for his coffee. No one told me the apple juice was child size. My biscuit was very dry and I didn’t have enough ketchup to finish it because it was too dry.
I've given this place a few chances. Everytime I come to this McDonald's, weather drive through or dine in. Service is horrible! They forget most of our food 90% of the time. Always have attitude, and are disrespectful. They tried charging me twice for a happy meal I already paid for! Will not go to this McDonald's location again!

This is probably one of the best McDonald’s in Wisconsin if not the entire Midwest. All the people there are amazing… the food is hot, the place is clean… overall one of my stops if I want food and in the Janesville area.

It is Cleaned, Freshly hot food, I like that my family and I can just get our own drinks at the drink fountain without waiting. And everyone is nicer here than any other McDonald’s in Janesville. We will be back!!

I just want to share my experiences with Tyrone, I now know his name because many women in a mom group I'm a member of knew exactly who I was talking about when I mentioned the sweetest gentleman I've ever encountered in customer service. This man makes the world a better place. Plenty of people I know go to that specific McDonald's just because he can turn a day around. He deserves a raise, and maybe just maybe he should be the face of the McDonald's drive thru! I work in customer service and I recognize exceptional service when I see it. Keep being you Tyrone!!!
