I ordered a fresh squeezed lemonade ended up getting a Minute Maid with 2 slices of lemon. When I went back after work to bring up that when fresh squeezed is what was ordered and charged for that is what you should get since the cost is higher. This is the 3rd time in less than a month this has happened. I was shocked at the response and inappropriateness of the response I received from the staff member that took my order. I would not recommend this place based on the rudeness. Hopefully others are not treated poorly when they bring up when the order was incorrect

I find Mocha Moments very charming and friendly. The coffee is excellent and breakfast sandwiches are good. I do find your muffins very dry and pretty tasteless

We come here in the summer months to enjoy the weather. They have the cutest patio and the most authentic coffee drinks. The food and pastries are also a delight, if you are wanting a little snack. It's nice and peaceful and always welcoming. They roast their own beans and you can see the roaster when you come in. Just a tip, the drive through has a very sharp turn!! Be warned:)

My favorite coffee shop in the area, hands down. The staff is always so kind and friendly, and their coffee and food are my favorite out of the coffee shops in Janesville! I love the cozy woodsy feel. The perfect place tucked back in the trees to go spend time studying/working or catching up with a friend. (: Their drive-thru option is also the best, especially for moms of toddlers like me who need a coffee while the kids nap in the car?The maple latte and the raspberry almond scone are my absolute favorites!! You definitely need to try them. I love that the maple latte uses local maple syrup, too. I'm always a fan of supporting local & small businesses of our great state!

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Mocha Moments Coffee ShopI recently visited Mocha Moments Coffee Shop and had an unfortunate encounter with a barista who left a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. When inquiring about the menu, I asked about the "Denver bagel," only to receive a curt and unhelpful response claiming it was a sandwich. The barista seemed disinterested and unwilling to provide any further information.Not only did her demeanor convey a clear lack of enthusiasm for her job, but her appearance suggested she was having a challenging day. The overall experience was marred by her rude and unpleasant attitude, making it difficult to enjoy the visit. A little more courtesy and professionalism would go a long way in improving the overall atmosphere of Mocha Moments Coffee Shop.it’s sad that another woman unproved can behave that way. truly poor thing.

I usually love mocha great food and drinks but there’s one employee that’s incredibly rude and always messes up my order. Whenever I order from her, she makes me feel like I am at fault and bothering her. Besides this one employee I’ve had great experiences at mocha :)
Very cute , cozy coffee shop! The breakfast sandwiches are very yummy, and I like that they bring the food to your table. Coffee was good too. Didn't get to explore the deck/woodsy area, as it was raining. Will definitely go back!

Great Food, excellent bakery, friendly staff. However.. their coffee needs some work. I’ve tried almost every cup of coffee they offer with the exception of the espresso. It’s very bitter and sour. Honestly and sadly one of the worst cups of hot coffee I’ve ever had. A cup of coffee regardless of the brew strength should be smooth, no bitterness. Ive had very strong dark roast coffees that were extremely smooth and lacked that unpleasant bitter and sour taste. Not sure if it’s how Mocha moment brews or the coffee itself but It needs some tweaking. It’s been this way since I started coming here back in 2018.

This is a cozy place to go sit by the fireplace and have one of their amazing coffee drinks and an item from the bakery.They also serve breakfast and lunch. There is a very nice deck outside with a lot of seating and they have a warming tower and a fire pit. They offer drive thru in case you don't have time to go inside.
