I ordered general tso chicken combination meal and it was absolutely disgusting there was more breading in my meal then actual chicken. I order alot from here from my job. The customer service received after this was terrible, I called to make a complaint and the person said the phone number I'm calling from a number I haven't order with in years, it may not alway be my number due to being at work. I just feel like the issue could be resolved but the didn't even attempt to make it right. Had the nerve to tell me maybe you just didn't like it . That displays poor customer service.

We’ve regularly ordered from here for over a year now. Freshness, flavor, and quality of the food is always the same each time. Very fast delivery, food was never cold once. We love spicy food, if you ask for Thai hot, they will hook you up. (Thai hot is like for people who don’t think jalapeños aren’t spicy) It’s one of the best Chinese take out I’ve had, especially for the area, and I’m used to food from Chicago. They are always early with their delivery, which is amazing. Love their sweet and sour chicken, lo mein noodles and egg rolls! We have been earing here since they opened and have never had a problem. My whole family loves the food!
I went there and completely forgot my wallet and they let me take the food and call them back and pay later whether than taking the drive to and from. Food has been awsome everytime and I have eaten here for years. Amazing food really great crab Rangoon and amazing sweet and sour chicken. Go to spot.

This was my second time ordering from Oriental Express. The food was tasty, generous portion for the cost, and most of all, timely for pick up. I'll also add that these were the most flavorful Crab Rangoon I've had in a long time. You could actually taste more than just cream cheese and I'd order these again in a heartbeat!
