I picked it up and took it home. Food is Awesome! The owner was trying to answer phones, wait on people picking up orders and finish up packing. His cashier was there, so they were behind. But he was working his tail off to get the orders finished.

As far as medium-quality chinese food goes, they're quite good. Maybe the best in town.Actually, since Cozy Inn is pretty nasty now, Panda Garden might actually be the best chinese in town hands down. Kind of a sad situation, but "Chainsville" doesn't exactly seem to attract good unique restaurants.

PLEASE spare me the nonsense about "authenticity" of Chinese food. Chinese-American food is authentic Chinese food. It was created BY Chinese immigrants for Chinese-Americans. A lot of people say they are looking for NATIVE Chinese cuisine, and even then, there is no *one* single native Chinese cuisine. It's time we differentiated diaspora from native.

The most disgusting thing I have ever attempted to eat in my life??My order was $6.79 and I wasn’t looking for a refund I was hungry. Needless to say I didn’t eat. I had to bring my food back because I’m not paying for mystery meat or greasy rice. Never never never again.

No one working here. Waited 45 minutes for food finally walked out. Line going out the door. One worker working inside boxing food fir drive up a mile long. Left after waiting 45 minutes. Worst run business ever. Grass two feet high too. Just give Janesville a break snd close the doors forever. Your not going to make it

First visit to Panda Garden. Ordered lunch menu Sesame Chicken with fried rice and eggroll included, plus Crab Rangoon appetizer and Fried Wonton appetizer for take out - without calling ahead. Food was prepared quickly, service was courteous. Rangoon crispy and good flavor, but zero sign of crab. Wontons were dramatically over cooked and unedible. Eggroll tiny, almost cute, and very tasty. Fried rice was white rice with soy sauce and one tiny carrot cube and one green pea, not appealing. Sesame chicken was breaded and cooked well with a nice sprinkle of Sesame seeds. Sauce was on sweet side and chicken was tough, but acceptable. Entree came in plastic covered container and appetizers in styrofoam. Complimentary packages of soysauce available on counter. Two fortune cookies which are always a treat for my great dane. Only a carryout restaurant - no tables for dining.
