Amazing customer service from this location! My mom has a rare form of Alzheimer’s that affects her vision. She can mostly see but sometimes her brain doesn’t process the information and translate it correctly. Anyway she called to order a pizza and had difficulty reading her card number. After she explained her condition to them they were very kind and took her order. They ended up giving her her entire order for free. She was so grateful and happy for their kindness. Thank you!

I ordered online. When I arrived at the drive thru window (Jennifer is the name on my sales receipt), I was greeted with a very warm Smile, Hello Welcome to Pizza Hut, What is the name under? And then, she saw my German Shepherd in the backseat, and really got a huge smile! She asked if he/she could have a treat? I said sure, but a small one. He took the treat, and she checked on my order. She said it will be ready in 2 minutes. (I knew I was early, but they were very efficient!!) Next, we were greeted at the window by 2, maybe 3, more employees--they wanted to see my furchild. The staff were all very friendly! And the pizza was great and exactly the way I ordered it! (the pizza is not always awesome.) But it was yesterday!

I ordered the hot honey boneless wings.I personal didn't like the wings&the sauce.The wings were kinda hard &dry.Other than that I've gotten good food from Pizza Hut.That one star is for the wings.I did the drive thru.
Pizza Hut is my favorite kind of pizza. Since the one in my town went outta business. I have to drive quite a ways. So I don't go as much as I would like. They always had the best salad buffet which most of them have gotten rid of. I hope they never close all of

Go through drive through on a pick up get told to pull around and they bring right out.10 minutes out in car past our pick up time I decided to go inside employees talking didn't help me right away or acknowledge me but when they did I had to ask about my pizza to find it was just sitting on the counter behind them already ready to go for who knows how long only to get a rude apology never will go to this location again

Worst ever. They don't do table service and you have to clean your own tables. The meat loves had hardly any meat or cheese. The crust was mushy. Garlic cheese bread and sticks were good. Not hot but good. The cinnamon bread my hubby liked.. not ever recommending this place. Spent lots of $ and we hardly ate anything.

Just leaving the milton avenue Pizza Hut.Thankfully I checked our pizza before we got too far away and realized that our taco pizza was not made correctly. We returned to the restaurant and a very polite young man named Keegan offered to fix this issue right away and he would bring the pizza out to us and offered a 2 liter of soda on the house for the inconvenience. Something he didn't have to do. He brought us out our pizza and realized they were out of the soda we wanted in a 2 liter so he instead brought us 4 smaller bottles. Keegan was so quick to fix the issue and make sure our experience was good. Thank you very much. I sincerely hope this young man is a manager or at least on the fast track to it because he definitely has the right attitude for top notch customer service.
